The room and hotel was very clean. The staff very nice. My biggest issue was the rooms were very warm and to my delight the windows opened however the street that my room faced was VERY loud, so it was a constant battle between being awake due to overheating or being awake because of constant noise. The hotel was nice but I would not stay here again.

La chambre était très bruyante, donnant sur la galerie marchande au-dessus d’un McDonald, donc très très très très bruyant. Il y avait du bruit aussi dans les couloirs jusqu’à minuit. Le petit déjeuner était très basique, jus d’orange industriel et le café à peine buvable, les viennoiseries étaient correctes. La chambre était très propre le service de ménage satisfaisant. Le personnel était professionnel.

Accueil impeccable, confort et service. hôtel très bien apprécié par mes parents.

El hotel, el personal. Todos muy amables y agradables. La habitación súper bonita . Me gustó que esté en la galería Humberto. El hotel se ve muy bonito, muy limpio y muy amplia la habitación.

It is a small hotel with very small breakfast area. Room is large but has concrete floor. I also quite didn't like the amenities in the room. Hotel doesn't have best entrance either. I didn't feel itis a 4 star property.

The first impression was really bad. It is in the middle of the city—very crowded and dirty. However, the hotel is very well located, and I felt safe. There were a lot of police officers around.
