Nice and quiet

The only issue I had is that there was no microwave, so reheating food was no possible.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Mississauga Centre and while the room itself was fine, the overall experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable due to how my fiancée was treated. On Saturday around 11:00 PM on Valentine’s Day weekend, I went to park the car while my fiancée went to the entrance. She was left standing outside in the cold while a staff member stood inside, looked directly at her, and refused to open the door. He then allowed another guest to enter right after, which made the situation even more concerning and disrespectful. When she asked for assistance, he claimed he was helping another customer, but there was no one in front of him at the time. This treatment felt discriminatory and completely lacking in basic decency and professionalism.In addition, the hotel environment was not well managed. On Sunday around 12:00 AM, there was loud TV noise and children running around on the second floor, making it difficult to rest. I am planning to escalate this matter by contacting Consumer Protection Ontario, but I am posting this review now to bring attention to the experience. No guest should be left outside in the cold or treated with that level of disregard, especially on a weekend meant to be special. This hotel needs to have more customer support and better staff accountability.

Modern, spacious, well equipped room and bathroom with good desk and chair and connectivity Two small coomplaints : forced air heating too noisy and extra blanket too thin but bed comfortable

Rooms were clean and well maintained. A bit of slow service on a few things from staff. Breakfast was very good and worth it to be included in the package.

Very nice hotel. Clean and bright. Breakfast was great! Only small note is that HVAC is a little loud. Very loud in the hallway near the elevator, somewhat loud in the room. Would go back again.
