The staff are incredibly, very accommodating and the hotel is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at!!

The menu for the breakfast was very fine.

Very clean , we do not speak French and they did not speak English :-( didn’t tell us about the pool or any of their services . The hall ways were very long- turns, corners, still do not know how to get to the front desk expect the entrance -

This property does not offer breakfast. While there is a restaurant on-site that serves good food, it is quite expensive. Additionally, I found the overall pricing of the property to be high for the area. Our room was clean, but it faced a staff parking lot and included only one chair, with no water provided. I specifically chose a room on Expedia that was supposed to have a walk-in shower and a view of the water, but my room had neither of these features. Overall, I was disappointed with the room and the absence of even coffee for breakfast. Although the hotel has a Starbucks, there is no complimentary coffee or breakfast available.

Tout de l’hôtel est toujours impeccable! Le personnel de la réception, du resto et de l’entretien est toujours sympathique et souriant! La nourriture est excellente! Nous y venons souvent et c’est toujours aussi bon ! Félicitations à l’équipe ! Vous faites honneur au tourisme québécois!
