Our initial impressions were "wow' on walking into a lovely, well maintained, clean and tidy property and it quickly became a 'home from home' A minor problem with the wi-fi was quickly rectified. Wendy & Dave (our hosts) were friendly and helpful. It was only a 10 min walk into town for restaurants etc and there was ample parking on site. We would not hesitate to book again.

Very good quality accommodation. Some outside space and a conservatory. Clean and well appointed. Some plates had chips. Very will organised by owner. Would go there again.

Family of 4 weekend away. Very spacious and clean, easy check in/out process. Great location close to Fistral Beach. Host was very attentive to our needs.

We stayed in the Deluxe Chalet for a short stay. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable. The furnishings and decor were to an excellent standard and it was equipped with everything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment, if we return to Newquay we would definitely want to stay here again. As well as the excellent facilities the location is great. It is within easy walking distance of the harbour, beaches and the town.

Great clean and private property in a good location

Amazing stay, we had. Very clean, well equipped kitchen. Nice living room. Minor glitch was one of the downstairs ensuite was clogged and water was flowing slowly. We were a family of 6,including 2 elderly. Good central spot for cornwall visit. Nice beds, pillows and duets - all nice ,white and clean. Thanks to Wendy for making our stay a memorable one. Surely look forward in future.

Nice stay for our family , two adults with two children. Quiet place, near two beaches. The apartment was spacious and cleen. Nice outdoor area.

Es gab leider keine Terasse, die direkt mit der Wohnung verbunden war. Nur 2 Tische im Innenhof, die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern benutzt werden konnten.

An immaculate property that had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with a fantastic walk in shower and the living space was more than big enough. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose to do so again

Superb apartment, so clean and spacious, had everything we needed as a family. 10min walk to the beach, shops an restaurant in a nice part of Newquay. Lots of space to park. Nothing but positives to say.

Fabulous apartment absolutely spotless and everything you would need. More spacious than what we was expecting would 100% recommend to family and friends and we will return. Wendy was also super speedy at replying.

very convenient location, easy communication

We loved our stay! It was the perfect place & Perfect location. My teenagers usually have a lot of complaints but could not find anything to complain about. They had an amazing time. We will be back.
