Chambre très propre et hôtel très bien situé dans Londres. Proche de tous les sites les plus intéressants. La réception est trop petite lorsqu’il y a plusieurs clients pour le Check in et out !

Building works going on got woke up at 8am . Was not informed it was happening. When booking. So after finishing at 3am work was hoping to sleep. Room was ok just wish I could have slept

Nice boutique hotel, very good location, clean room.

The rooms are small, but immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and a great location. The only disappointment was that the hotel was unable to provide toothpaste when I found I'd forgotten to bring some, late at night. I was called back to be told that I could go out to a 24hr shop. This isn't ideal when you're ready to go to bed; other hotels would carry basic amenities for such small requirements. However, I'd happily stay here again.

Good location and welcoming staff at reception. Nice toiletries and lovely big towels in the bathroom.Tea, coffee and biscuits.

We truly enjoyed our stay from the very first moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Excellent location and lovely room

Room was comfortable, clean and homey. Staff were wonderful and the location is simply fantastic. Highly recommended place to stay for this part of London.

Menyen var bra og maten god, men ikke så forseggjort. En sitronkake smakte knapt av sitron. Renholdet var middels, noen bord sto lenge før de ble ryddet, og vi observerte en kelner som tørket av bordet ved å feie alt rusk ned på gulvet. Har bodd på hotellet før, da fremsto restauranten litt mer delikat.

A very pleasant surprise. Lovely rooms, efficient staff and a wonderful location. Everything was very easy and I will be returning!
