The room is clean, linens folded nicely. The caretaker is friendly and helpful. Her name is Mira. I'll be back

When I arrived, I was placed in another hotel of a totally different name, 4 blocks away due to the claim of them being “overbooked”. The room was of lesser quality. The washing machine drained into my shower. Was cleaned, but definitely deserved a deeper cleaning. Overall not a good situation nor scene.

คุณเจ้าของน่ารักมากๆ ใส่ใจลูกค้าดีมาก อัธยาศัยดี พอสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ สามารถฝากกระเป๋าหลังเช็คเอาท์ได้ ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนุ่ม นอนสบาย ห้องอาจจะเล็กไปหน่อยแต่โดยรวมคือโอเค ห้องไม่มีตู้เย็น แต่มีทุกอย่างแทบจะครบ ตั้งแต่แอร์ เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ไดร์เป่าผม กาต้มน้ำ มีน้ำร้อน/ธรรมดา ชากาแฟที่ส่วนกลางให้ฟรี ในทุกๆ วัน ถ้าอยากให้ทางโรงแรมทำความสะอาดห้องต้องเอากุญแจให้ที่เคาท์เตอร์ ไม่งั้นเค้าจะเข้ามาทำให้ไม่ได้ แต่ถ้าไม่ชอบให้เค้ามายุ่มย่ามในห้องนี่โอเคเลย การเดินทางไปกลับสนามบินก็สะดวก สามารถขึ้นลงรถ A22 ได้ในระยะทางที่ไม่ไกล มีร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่แถวนั้น สะดวกสบายมาก

Friendly and helpful staff, clean place, convenient location.

We booked a double room but what we were provided unfortunately wasn’t a full size double bed. The size of the room was very small and there were signs up apologising for this but I can live with a small room. There was no window in the room which made it feel even more claustrophobic. We both found it difficult to sleep in the small bed and I had to use the towels provided to cover part of me up when I slept, otherwise I would get cold as the single size bed cover wasn’t big enough for both of us. Room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly, which was the good part. We weren’t offered any welcome drink as specified in the confirmation email either, although not sure where we would have found space to drink it. Overall fairly disappointed that the room was not as described.
