酒店员工非常友好，因为有空房，所以允许我们提前入住。酒店地理位置优越，靠近历史悠久的街区，那里有很多美食选择。而且，酒店距离市内许多景点也很近。

酒店不错，房间宽敞，床很舒服，强烈推荐。

抵达酒店后，办理入住非常便捷顺利。不过，酒店会收取100马币的押金，以防房间损坏，但如果退房时房间保持完好，押金会全额退还，所以记得在入住前准备好100马币。员工热情友好，服务周到，大大提升了我的入住体验。最重要的是，床超级柔软舒适。我很好奇床的材质和品牌，我一躺上去就睡着了，哈哈，不知道是太累了还是床真的太舒服了。自从朋友推荐后，我就成了这家酒店的常客。我要求入住我上次住的同一间房，但前台说正在维修，不过没关系。下次一定还会再来！😃😍

Always convenient and pleasure to stay at z hotel

We were first welcomed by a staff who directed us to the car lift and assisted us to the carpark. Next, we were checked in by friendly and polite staff and were pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade which we were really grateful for. The room was minimalist, no frills styled, gives me a hostel type of vibe. First time coming across a ceiling fan which helps ventilate the room. The bedroom slippers provided were good quality. Water pressure is good. City Square is a mere 5-8 mins walk away. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel bedroom was spacious. And the car parking very safe.

Hotel is good, location not too far from JB checkpoint, it can be reached by walking. Close to Chinese Heritage Walking area. Amenities complete. Pasar Karat can also be reached by walked.

Stayed six times in Z Hotel and overall it's a good location for all activities in Johor Bahru. Clean and quiet.
