Fabulous views, clean room, great housekeeping staff, comfortable bed

We were thrilled by our experience at this hotel. Beautiful location. The amenities were far beyond what we would have expected considering its size. The restaurant ambience, food and staff were amazing. But where it really stood out was in its response to an emergency. My wife and I both got food poisoning before arriving. That put a damper on our energy and appetite, but also caused me to pass out from vomiting, causing me to injure my head at around 3 AM (absolutely no fault of the hotel). The hotel staff quickly took charge of the situation, summoning an ambulance and assisting my wife as I regained consciousness. I was kept in the hospital for stiches and observation, and we returned the next morning only a few hours before our scheduled checkout. The hotel had anticipated the impact the medical emergency might have on our travel schedule, had cleaned our room and blocked it from being let to another guest while reserving it for our use. They told us we could check out as late as we wanted and should focus on our wellbeing. They told us the restaurant was instructed to do its best to prepare whatever meal we needed even if not on the menu. Then they offered to ease our schedule by arranging with our next hotel so we could delay our arrival one more night, allowing us a full day and night to recover from the incident. Pool not available, even though weather was hot. Other than that this is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location with great atmospheric restaurant well used by locals. Parking on site, we are grateful they let us park our campervan directly outside the hotel.

Lovely hotel, our stsy was for a family wedding, so lots of cuest related. The room was very modern in design in an open plan layout. Nice facilities with pool and restaurant/bar breakfast was good with menu ordering no buffet. With a bslcony that over looked the bay area. The window had a night blind so you got a good night sleep.

Great room. Employees are all nice. The views and sound of ocean are amazing. We booked for one night but then immediately after we came to the room we booked another night.

A spectacular little boutique hotel well situated right on the ocean. The room was fantastic and we slept with the sliding door open every night to the sound of the ocean’s waves crashing against the sea wall! Definitely would stay again, restaurant was great, the salad was especially appreciated as was the great breakfast! Gracias para todo!!

We stayed in five different hotels during our trip across Northern Spain and NOA Hotel in Santa Cruz was our favourite. Beautiful hotel with really lovely staff. Fabulous pool. Very nice breakfast!

Tolles Zimmer, schöner Ausblick, gutes Frühstück, gute Tiefgarage und netter Service.

Tolles Zimmer mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Bucht und A Coruna. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und lädt zum wandern und baden ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage und das Hotel war stilistisch genau mein Geschmack. Highlight sind die Sonnenuntergänge, die das Zimmer in ein unglaubliches Licht werfen. Auch der Pool auf dem Dach mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick ist grandios. Allerdings könnte die Dachterrasse noch mehr ausgestaltet werden, mit u.a. mehr Sonnenschirmen, etwas Musik oder die Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken zu bestellen. Ebenfalls wäre dickeres Toilettenpapier angebracht. Aber das ist Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau und sollte eher netter Hinweis für kleines Verbesserungspotential sein.
