总体来说入住体验不错，食物看起来不错，但我没尝。工作人员反应非常迅速。

房间里用的是黄光。这次旅行已经住了三次了，一切都很好。你应该尝尝他们的早餐（可以选择日式米饭、鱼汤或者西式面包、鸡蛋、咖啡），鳗鱼无限量供应。非常棒！

这次单人间（810房）很宽敞，行李箱都能直接放在地上。床很舒服。卫生间也比其他房间宽敞，至少坐在马桶上还有些空间。:)

酒店地理位置优越，靠近名古屋站。酒店设施略显陈旧，但总体来说仍然舒适。入住期间，工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。

Location strategic, walkable distance from Nagoya Station (Shinkansen exit). Room was quite spacious. Staffs were helpful and always smiling, just like the hotel's name "Smile Hotel".

Highly recommended if you are not looking for lavish and luxury hotels. The staff always showing welcoming gesture during my entire stay. Room quite spacious and toilet has bidet. Walking distance from Nagoya Station and convenience store such as Lawson as well as Family Mart just few steps away. For Muslim traveller, Nur Halal grocery shop selling halal products located next to Family Mart and Raja Rani Indian Restaurant with halal menu. Halal Ramen & Hamburg Honolu Premier Nagoya just 1km away. Will choose to stay here if I come to Nagoya again.

Strategic location, clean and near mini market

Buat yang mau ke Shirakawago, recommended nginap di sini karena bus menuju ke Shirakawago sangat dekat, tinggal jalan kaki ga sampai 2 menit. (Buat yang beli voucher menuju Kuala Lumpur dari Nagoya di Kl00k).

The hotel is value for money. It may not be the best or has the modern amenities but for the price per night it is all worth it. Clean, the bathroom has hot and cold shower. The laundromat is value for money, too. It's 5 minutes walk upon getting out of the Nagoya station. Know what exact exit in the Nagoya station and you'll just walk in a straight line. Nagoya station is a complicated one. Safe place for solo travelers. My only complain is the unstable temperature of the air conditioner. There were nights that what came out was hot air.

It 's a decent hotel with dated facilities and rooms, but hey it 's a nice and comfy place to stay at, so I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at for the price you paid for.
