Good hotel and decent price. Very good breakfast spread and close to the airport.

Hotelnya bersih hanya mungkin ukurannya tidak terlalu luas tetapi dekat dengan pusat perbelanjan lotte dutty free menu makanan pagi yang di tawarkan kurang cocok untuk muslim.

Easy to reach, near to the airport and city the staff really helpful.

The family suite room is large, 3 beds and sofa. Has bathtub and nice shower. I love the room. Is spacious. Location very close to airport.

Staffs were really helpful and friendly though the parking lot is a bit far from the hotel and need to cross the street

Hotel ini dekat dengan bandara dan di sekelilingnya banyak tempat shopping serta makanan, stafnya ramah dan kamar serta kamar mandinya sangat nyaman.

First, the parking lot is far from the hotel. Second, the room they provided at first time is totally different with the picture. The window in the room is small and no privacy(if not cover the curtain). The resident apartment beside the hotel can see clearly what you do in your room. After few argument, they agreed change the room to us. They mention that is was a large bed and have view. The room have view but it was double bed. Too small to us. P/a: the room really small. Can’t open two luggage in the room.

Spacious and clean room, the food is good. Nice location, very close to shopping center.

Overall, my experience staying in ramada hotel is ok, only the housekeeping service is very poor. Because they couldn't be called anytime you need. Every time I call housekeeping, they didn't answer the phone. And the housekeeping didn't give any toiletries items for the second day I stay there. No toiletries item, no coffee or tea served. So disappointing. But the location is good, near the airport and downtown
