Very nice staff

Quiet and friendly hotel with a 10 min walk to Istanbul Mall. We only had the buffet breakfast which was very good and plenty of choice. Room was clean and large with free bottled water. For dinner we tried the local restaurants in the area - which where amazing! About 30 mins by car to the centre if you wanted to sightsee. Highly recommend this hotel and having a walk round to eat local.

Absolutely loved my stay here with my family. Extremely clean facilities and polite staff. Staff was always on hand when needed. Room service is extremely good. Regular cleaning of rooms. Breakfast options were many. Delicious breakfast and dinners. Will definitely come back next time

The teenage kids thought it was great with a separate room for them as so used to us sleeping all in one. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The woman (don’t know her name sorry) was very helpful. However everyone was nice.

Worth the stay

Great service, hotel High sander, friendly helpful team,clean room, good full breakfast, good location but the shorter way to the metro only available if the shopping mall open from 9am until 10pm,to use the nearest gate, out those hours you need to talk in kinda dark highway road about 15mins, about getting taxi they don't like it cos short destin, or he get lost to know which exite to use to get out of the high way. Taxi prices around 250TL to 300TL.one way.

Broken locks of the main door. Food item very limited. Terrible elevator. In authorized charge.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and although we arrived 2 hours before check in time, we were accommodated and upgraded to their best room. Hotel needs remodeling but it was a great for one night stay and 10 minutes walk to Mall of Istanbul.

Great location right across from mall of İstanbul. Always good for an overnight stay between flights
