Property was fine. Flooring was loud. Here neighbors above and beside. 1:00 am loud neighbors and barking dog. Hmmmm called front desk twice

Very clean, 24/7 coffee and tea, hospitality, safe , no smoking.

Our family loved the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. 24/7 coffee is nice and the breakfast selection was really good. Room was very comfortable and clean

Rooms were clean and room service did a good job (see below). Free breakfast was solid if not a little uninspired but service was great. Son has allergies and they were very helpful in getting him food that was safe. Knocked one star because no microwave in room and had to ask for toilet and tissue paper which were not refilled when room service was performed. Pool was tiny. Would stay here again though.

Front desk staff was so helpful and fun/nice! Rooms were super clean.

The highlight of the hotel was breakfast! The automated pancake maker which might I note made awesome mini pancakes was the highlight of my kids day. Gym was great, room was comfortable and clean. We would certainly stay again in the future!

My daughter lived the pool!!

Very clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking and a convenient location

This property is perfect for a family visiting Hershey Park and the nearby attractions. We were able to check seamlessly after a long day in the park. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Queen double bed room was clean and gave us the space we needed to sleep a family of three. Our room only had a shower, so if you need a tub there may not be one in your room. Our kid was able to use the shower just fine. There was a lot of towels and wash cloths which is a plus, a refrigerator for our food, and the tv allowed us to watch Netflix. The morning breakfast was perfect for our family and saved us time and money. There is a lot of variety. We will stay here when we visit Hershey in the future.

Hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Pretty good breakfast too.

Overall was a decent place; however, the fridge in room would not get cold and didn't have a freezer section, there was no microwave in the room, and there was only 1 small chair for sitting (there were 4 guest)

Clean and family friendly

We had a great stay at Tru. Very close to Hersheypark, so the location is convenient. The room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and I wasn’t expecting the room to be cleaned after the first night, but it was, which was awesome. What really stood out though was the staff. From check-in to housekeeping to just passing staff in the hallway, everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. I haven’t experienced that level of customer service outside of Disney, so that was great. My only knock on it would be that the room was a little tight with the furniture. I had a room with two queen beds and found myself knocking into the corners of the furniture quite a few times. The one bed was pretty close to the wall, which made it a bit difficult to get into and out of. It was fine for us, but certainly not roomy. Still, I’d absolutely stay again.
