I went there and the property manager didn’t show up to give me the key and I stayed 3 hours before I was told that they closed down and I had to sleep in the car

All amenities are closed. Lots of damage in the unit and to the furniture

We were reassigned to another suite, so we never got to stay in the room that we originally reserved. Not only was check-in a complete hassle, the condo we ended up with was down the street, dirty, lacking amenities, and not even close to what we originally reserved.

The location of the apartment is very good. The apartment is very close to all the amenities near by. Square One mall is at walking distance. The staff was very responsive. What I did not like was leaving the car at front gate to get the garage key from the apartment. If any traffic policeman passes in the meantime then he can at give a fine for parking in a no parking area.

Place was beautiful, views of the city are very nice! Everything was clean however finding your way from parking to apartment was tough, maybe add some more clear instructions! I would ABSOLUTELY book with them again!!!
