旅館就位在主教座堂附近，主要景點都可以步行抵達，鄰近主要商業幹道非常熱鬧，但是轉進巷子後旅館晚上非常安靜。單人房非常乾淨，床非常舒適，有空調這在八月的塞維亞非常重要。 入住時拿到的房間鑰匙無法上鎖，聯絡旅館接待人員處理，雖然當天無法解決，但服務態度很真誠，隔天馬上聯絡鎖匠處理完畢。整體來說，這是一個很美好的入住體驗。

The location cannot be beat. The hotel is about 100 yards from both the Alcazar and the Cathedral. We caught part of a religious procession with incredible floats, strictly based on the location of our room. You’re also maybe a half mile from the Plaza de Espana, so it’s super close to the 3 places we loved the most during our trip to Sevilla. Parking is nearby in an underground public lot, it was about $25 per day and was maybe 600 yards from the hotel. The hotel has air conditioning, but we were unable to get it to work properly. Our room also had a patio area which was very nice.

Todo bien. Pero el ingreso con escaleras dificultó la subida de maletas. Las personas de ingreso una muy amable la otra más seria. La del aseo un poco ruda y en el ascensor de por sí pequeño siempre dejaba una bolsa de sábanas sucias supongo de las habitaciones que limpiaba, lo que hacía su uso incómodo. La habitación bonita.

The hotel is very well located however offers nothing other than a bed in a small room with a small bathroom. It is anything but Boutique, with no amenities, no service, no bar, no breakfast, no car-park, nothing.

Bien situé, permet de marcher tout le vieux Séville et ses attraits. Petite terrasse commune permettant de prendre un verre (on doit y apporter soi même son alcool). Petite chambre, mais très pratique.

The location is great, close to the major tourists attractions and restaurants. The hotel is clean and has all basic stuff for a comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel, perfect location, right next to Alcazar and the Seville Cathedral. The receptionist helped us to get into the hotel and check-in to our room despite the delays on Expedia's system to receive instructions for the check-in. Highly recommend hotel.

espectacular ubicacion , trato del personal.

Malas calidades en general, grifos sueltos, ventanucos con vistas al muro del edificio de enfrente con el resultado de una estancia tipo zulo. AVISO, venden este establecimiento con todo el glamour del mundo pero es falso. La terraza NO es privada, así que si tus vecinos de zulo son juerguistas no vas a poder dormir ni tener la intimidad que esperas en un hotel "boutique" al uso. Más bien parece un hotel de fin de semana para estudiantes. Carece de los servicios más esenciales que se pueden esperar en este tipo de hoteles (jabón, champú, agua para la venta...) a pesar de lo bien que aparece la web, aprovecho para felicitar al diseñador del proyecto! A partir de ahora miraré con lupa establecimientos de este tipo para que no me vendan gato por liebre. El precio de la habitación debería ser al menos la mitad para que la relación calidad precio sea adecuada. En la web también anuncia que tiene aparcamiento... y en el fondo es cierto ya que es el aparcamiento público situado en la plaza!!! Me siento totalmente engañado.

Check-in was easy although I didn’t arrive until late, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly. To note that a single room is a exactly that - I.e. a single bed, but I guess that’s why the price is reasonable for synch an amazing location! 1 minute to the Alcazar, 2 minutes to the Catedral. Spot on.
