我于 4 月 30 日来到这里参观，非常喜欢接待员欢迎客人的方式。他们指导很热情，说话也很和蔼。

位置靠近市中心，但是市场区域的酒店有点不卫生，到处都是老鼠。我住在3楼，晚上比较吵。牛肉面店晚上营业，顾客们大声说话，睡不着觉。马桶冲水能力较弱，需要冲两次。淋浴水也很弱，需要很长时间才能加热。

The hotel is strategically located at district one, although it’s nested in the middle of a wet market. At night, the nearby area would be lit up by questionable bars (with many local girls dressed in tight dresses as if they’re escorts in front of these bars). The swimming pool is small but I think it’s a nice addition. However, the gym was a bit of a stretch, since you can’t do anything but walking on a treadmill or riding on a static bicycle (and the rooftop area is so hot in the afternoon). They have a washing machine, a dryer and a steamer (nice surprise, although I didn’t use them). When I stayed there, they had a major blackout for about 20 minutes without any electricity generator backup. But the staff were quite friendly and helpful, so I felt that thew were doing their best in that unpredictable situation.

Such a god hotel and a very god service.

I always reached Innside very late after long working days but the room was available and waiting for me, even at midnight with a booking at a short notice. Everything was ready and I just enjoyed all nice things. The staffs are lovely. The foods are delicious. I highly recommend Vietnamese milk coffee here. I have 2 cups at a time at least. My favorite thing is that I can see my beloved city from another corner. If you book a room here, you should try to ask for a free upgrade. If the rooms are available I’m pretty sure the General Manger won’t hesitate to offer you a free upgrade.

It's a brand new hotel, everything is good. Only the housekeeping not well trained enough, disturbed us, knocking our door when we were sleeping with Do not disturb sign was on. For asking permission to fix the shower douche in our room. The location is near to saigon center and to bitexco but to get into hotel lobby need to go through a market with narrow road.
