The room is very dirty most of all, the bathroom. It smells. It was like they don't have cleaning team at all. Worst experience.

The room is clean except for the sofa. They ask us to pay 500 due to early check in although we will check out early.

I have never stayed in a hotel or room that request to hold your I. D. If not holding your ID requesting 1000phd. Kind of of weird. Room was nice, but holding my id thing freaked me out.

I went there to check in but they didn't know who is the responsible for my booking at ota I am so tired going to admin going to anywhere calling someone. The room is clean but the bed is so itchy. Location also far very hard to take transportation. If I know that that will be happen I will never book there again
