We love this hotel definitely not 5 star but very nice!!!

Most employees at this hotel are rude and have no respect. You ask question they just walk by. The pool closes at 5pm that’s unreal also the food was the same all week definitely I would not stay here again

Love the experience, pool towels are limited and that has to be increased so that people can get towel when they ask for it. Foods are not getting refilled faster in the buffet section specially when the buffet will be closed within 30 mins.

Overall good experience, minor inconveniences such as no hot water first day but again who needs hot water in tropical heat. AC stopped working on the 3rd day but issue was resolved right away. Food had variety all 3 times a day. The view is the best and the beach, that makes everything worth it. Make sure to tip the staff that makes service better and faster.

The hotel is extremely outdated. The room was not clean. The sheets had stains. The bathroom was not clean and smelled like urine. There was no hot water. I can heat every single word the guest next door spoke. Staff was not pleasant. The food was terrible. I will never return and will never recommend this hotel.

This hotel staff was nice. The room was modern however the hotel dont offer wash cloths and barely hand towels. I guess they want us to use our hands. The food is medicore and not a great variety. The beach is private and cool. I stayed here 1 day because me and husband wanted to be close to airport after leaving Negril from a resort and the energy and vibe went from 100 to 20...I will never stay here again I requested hand towels 3 times and didnt get them. I also tried to reach out to the hotel for 3 days before getting a responds the day I checked in and at the point it was useless... lastly I paid for a deluxe beach front room and I got more of a deluxe pool view. Only could she a bird view because the palm trees was blocking. I suggest you get a room on the 3rd floor or better for a view i was on the 2nd.

No towels waits days for towel, wet floor just horrible

I like the all inclusiveness of the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have to give a shoutout to Tamika from the dining room, Annette and Alicia from housekeeping. They were very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and ok. Because of them, I would return to the hotel. One thing I hated about the hotel is all the flies that were on the food. That was very unhealthy and it was a lot of flies. I think they need to invest in an enclosed dining room with air condition to prevent the flies on the food people are eating. Also, the 1 elevator that works for both staff and guests needs air condition as it is very hot, I nearly pass out. I admired the coffee bar on the second floor. Oh another important thing is that their toilets do not have good pressure systems so it does not flush properly. If you pee you have to flush 10 times before toilet paper goes down so just imagine when u poop. Don’t bother try flushing, just fill the trash can with water to flush. Maintenance came to look at it n said it happens in almost every room on the upper floors. My other family members were experiencing the same thing. I love the proximity to the city n shopping areas on the hip strip. I enjoyed the nightly shows and entertainment. Beach was fun and water sports awesome. Spacious rooms. I will return to the hotel when it’s upgraded. Most importantly I felt safe and my kids were safe. It needs more attractions for kids like a water slide et

The food was outstanding! Hotel does need an upgrade but the staff more than makes up for this. We will be back!

Staff was kind and courteous the property clean and inviting. This is a great place to relax and reconnect.

The bathroom and the rooms should not be used. It's disgusting to have people sleeping in that condition, and the bathroom needs to be remodeled. The sheets are dirty-looking and old, and they do not offer clean, usable towels. The outlets do not work properly in the room.

After landing in Jamaica after 9am we did some excursions and exploring because checkin was not until 3pm , we got to the hotel roughly before 3 and I was very tired and wanted to just rest a little bit … the room was not ready so we went on the beach until about 5 returned and the room still was not ready , we weren’t able to go into the room until almost 7 they stated they were still waiting on someone to clean the room , which is crazy… other wise everything was good , nice staff clean hotel

Pros: The exterior of the property is pretty nice and the view of the beach is amazing. They have 2 bars outside near the beach area with drinks and food such fries, burgers, and chicken tenders. The interior of the dining hall is decent and the food is ok, I’ll give the food 5/10. Cons: The room was okay nothing fancy. The bathroom shower & sink could’ve been cleaned better. The hotel doesn’t offer wash clothes, only towels. House keeping only came to make the bed. I had to ask multiple times for clean towels. The customer service overall was okay, definitely could’ve been better.

I wasn't the best property in JA. The customer service agents and other staff was not pleasant at all. Monique in the restaurant was super helpful. They take far too long to check in. Room service was non existent. The combination and options for meals left a lot to be desired.

Employees at decameron Cornwall need to talk a page out off the Employee at decameron mobay book..Need improvement on customer service at front deck and room need to be ready by 3.pm have to wait till almost 4pm for room to be ready. The food is good and i enjoy my stay

Rooms weren’t properly cleaned. Food was ok. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

Overall the trip was pleasant. Pros: the staff were accommodating. The room was clean. The
