The hotel, room and breakfast everything is great. The only thing is that there was a construction across of the street and they did some noise at the mid night.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options to start the day. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around. I would stay here again.

The best feature about the property is the staff. The staff is extremely courteous and warm. The ladies working at the front desk and the Craig, immediately made you feel welcome and as if you belonged. The servers at the breakfast were also extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend!

Good value for money, can tell it's an old building but maintained and refurbished very well. Close to everything in kingston. Love the complimentary infused water in the lobby. The lobby always has a pleasant smell on entry. Only complaint would be the quality of the room service food, would give a 3/5 there. Room can be a bit noisy depending on the entry and exit of other guests, but its mostly quiet.

From the bell persons to the front desk staff to the server Patrick in the pool bar area. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to always make the Courtleigh my hotel of choice when in Kingston.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Courtleigh Hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff was courteous and welcoming, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Everyone was efficient and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and well run. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in Kingston.

I had a wonderful stay at the Courtleigh Hotel and Suites. I booked a double bedded room and I was given a suite. The staff was wonderful, the food was wonderful. It was very relaxing. I would stay there again.

The food prices in the dining room are way too expensive, myself and other guests that I associated with white at the hotel went outside the premises and find much better and cheaper meals so they are loosing revenue because of overpriced meals.

I found the staff friendly, approachable and willing to assist - I needed help to understand the elevator - they were there. I needed something scanned - they were there. I needed needle and thread - they were there. Thank you. But of particular delight was the breakfast served every day - I stayed six days. I want to say a big shout out and thank you to Amoya - the Hostess in the breakfast area and to the chef who tantilised my palate with boiled yam, dumplings, creole mackerel and kidney. Thank you for everything! I totally endorsed anyone whoh want a quiet, clean, well maintained environment with excellent food - you found the Courtleigh.

Overall a good alternative to staying at the Pegasus all the time.
