The hotel, room and breakfast everything is great. The only thing is that there was a construction across of the street and they did some noise at the mid night.

Central hotel with tasty complimentary breakfast options. Staff are friendly and professional. Evening dining excellent chef, presentation and taste on point. Great entertainment and a good selection of cocktails at the bar. Hotel is dated in some areas but still a very enjoyable stay.

Parking was tight on occasion, security was not very patient, Staff very bright and cheerful always acknowledging your presence some even called you by name, overall a great place to stay

Did not dislike anything really

Rooms a little small however clean. Need to have chairs to sit at the desk to work if required

Convenient location, rooms are nice, Breakfast could be a bit more varied but both in/outdoor seating great.

The Courtleigh was very good, with friendly staff. Despite its location in a busy area, it was still tranquil. For folks like myself, who love nature, more plants, flowers, a garden, etc., would further enhance its appeal. But pretty happy with my experience. Would stay there again.

Customer service, friendly atmosphere

I liked that staff was friendly and helpful and that rooms were cleaned in a timely fashion. The food quality was also very good. I did not like that on some days the buffet breakfast had only pork/ ham options ( which i dont eat) or that there is a 4USD charge to order room service (this is in addition to service charges and taxes). I initially thought this was the tip to the server delivering the food but was later told that its a hotel charge...i started to tip thereafter. In all my years of traveling i have never had to pay an additional fee to order room service.

Small comfortable boutique hotel. 12 rooms in each floor. Great staff

The hotel is beautiful and has so many amenities. There is a bar ,lounge and restaurant that serves really good food! Staff are always ready to help.

Close to the US embassy. Which is why I was in Jamaica with my Family applying for a US visa. Close to the park that u can walk. Looks safe. However, I did not walk.

It’s close to downtown.

Convenience...all questions answered...very safe
