The swim up bar at the pool needs new seats, yours are very rough to sit on and there is not service out there

Lacks the amenities which are part of a four star property, like bathrobes, body lotion…

Hotel muito bom, perto de restaurantes, lojas e uma quadra da praia de Palm beach, só o café da manhã é que tem que escolher uma opção: ou frutas com yogurte, ou ovos com panqueca, etc! Poderiam colocar mais alimentos em cada opção!

We loved it here. It’s not a 4 star hotel but very clean and comfortable. The staff is so nice and really make the stay enjoyable. We would stay here again. Very close to everything you need. The pool was clean with plenty of chairs for everyone. It was so nice and relaxing

This hotel was wonderful beautiful was right in the middle of everything the main part of Aruba I was so sad to leave this paradise and the rooms was beautiful they cleaned it everyday the staff was extremely friendly and helpful Jarod at the front desk let us check in early and let us stay later past checkout time since we had a late flight god bless him I will stay again at this hotel had great experience

Hotel was in great location close to many bars, restaurants and shopping area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to beach area as well.

Service was great! Loved the location. We wanted a quiet, manageable and relaxed hotel, and we found all these here.

Absolutely the best stay ever. The staff was amazing and attentive to all our needs. The pool was clean and so are the rooms. We enjoyed The Tryp very much and will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Hotel de bom custo benefício. Bem localizado e confortável. Não tem restaurante, mas tem várias opções perto.

Nice hotel about two blocks from beach. They will take you there in a golf cart. Piet's Pier is at the end of the street at the beach, perfect for the snorkel or sunset cruise.

My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Tryp! It's in such a convenient area with the beach, shopping, and dining all close by!! The staff was so friendly and helpful- particularly Shamir, Jarod, Lee, and Elliot (both at the beach)- as well as the other staff whose names I do not know. The property could use updates at the pool (new lounge chairs and chase lounges) and the bathroom needs more than one hook to hang towels and bathing suits especially in rooms built for two or more people! It would be helpful to have a small clothing line for suits. Other than that, it was great!

TRYP was really convenient. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. The guy at the pool bar was very respectful and made really good drinks. It's a 3 minute walk to Palm Beach. Hidden nightclub is right behind the property so at night time expect to hear loud music til about 1 am. The food was good, the prices were reasonable. Hotel was clean and my room was extremely cute! I loved my stay and will stay again. 10/10

The local is amazing. The staff is amazing, it was like staying with family for 4 days. I will be returning soon.

Sebastian and his staff treat you like royalty from the moment you book! The rooms are very big and clean. It's in the perfect location! Room service food is excellent! We can't wait to go back!
