非常好，面对无敌海景享用早餐，每天的晚餐都是不同的主题。工作人员每个都热情友善，乐于助人。房间很大，特别喜欢那个衣帽间。小小缺点是晾衣服不太方便，但我也能表示理解，毕竟五星级酒店的形象还是要保持

1. When we checked in, they didn't introduce the facilities of this hotel and even brought us the wrong way to our room. 2. On its website showed dress code for the dining room but not the beach front bar. But when we arrived to the beach front bar they said we have to change our clothes because they have dress code. 3. When we were resting at the beach, the staffs at beach asked us for cigarette TWICE and told us they want to smoke. 4. We requested for the tote bag everyone has it except us which can be brought to the beach, however, we have been waiting in our room for three hours and called three times but still didn't give us.

真的不错 酒店就是一道风景 无论是环境设施上都很大气 服务人员也都很nice，客房都有管家，可以帮你打理房间。楼下有可以散步的花园和私家海滩，白天也可以在他们的游泳池里游泳。这里的早饭晚饭都是自助，种类还挺多的，在那边的这几天几乎都是在宾馆吃的，他们的晚餐每天都是不同国家的菜色，所以吃了几天也没有吃腻。总之，这里真心让你有一种在真正度假的感觉，回来后特别舍不得那里。有一点不好就是房间内老有蚂蚁出没，有几次都上到床上了。

只是停留了一晚，很漂亮酒店，沙滩超美，早餐非常丰盛。唯一觉得不给力的就是办理入住时是两大一小，小盆友3岁多，却被告知带一名小孩要额外支付61欧元，在预定是网页上根本没有看到这样的条款。后来前台和经理沟通，才免收。如果像我一样带小孩入住，最好之前发邮件和酒店问清楚价格。

酒店距離機場約1小時車程，位於Belle Mare，有很美的海灘 We had the garden room with everyday breakfast becuase its cheaper, the room is spacious, clean and comfort with a balcony, i like specially the kids club as it provide different activities everyday (cookies making, crab hunting, pedalo...) while the parents can enjoy a spa or a cocktail at the pool, my kids were having so much fun. There are also many water sports you can do for free, make sure to ask the front desk. Since we are driving, the hotel also provide free parking.

While the hotel itself is visually appealing and the location is good, our experience was severely damaged by extremely poor management. We were victims of a theft that occurred inside our hotel room, and the management failed to take responsibility or provide adequate assistance, especially duty manager who was ignoring us for 3 days!! The police were called, and an official report was filed. Despite the seriousness of the incident, the management showed a complete lack of accountability and concern. Based on this experience, we strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Staff extremely courteous. Pool area generally clean, pool beautiful. Entrance hall very impressive.

From the welcome to the departure, the staff genuinely couldnt do enough for you. The food was always of an exceptional quality, presentation, taste, quantity and flavour. We decided to go Bed & Breakfast and thought the bill at the end was very good value. payimg that bit extra for the drinks and eating where we liked at the buffet, bar, pool, room or at the Plantation restaurant made for a more flexible holiday. I would especially mention the staff at the plantation manged by Samjeeta and Radhua along with Rachel in the bar, they really made the holiday

Oppholdet på The Residence har vært en flott opplevelse. Rommet hadde perfekt beliggenhet med utsikt og direkte utgang til stranden og havet, i tillegg til å være stort og komfortabelt. Maten holdt høy kvalitet, med gode smaker og fin variasjon gjennom hele oppholdet. Det vi imidlertid savnet, var mer tilgjengelig informasjon om aktiviteter, menyer på de ulike restaurantene samt priser og behandlingstilbud på spaet. Alt i alt er dette et vakkert hotell med flott beliggenhet, og vi kunne gjerne reist tilbake ved en senere anledning.
