唯一的遗憾是酒店的高尔夫是小9洞的，不是高球爱好者的好去处，我们是打球去的，所以很遗憾。关键是订好网的客服没有提供很好的有关高尔夫方面的咨询，我在预订时提到这个需求，回复也是有球场，但是没有说是小9洞的，在这方面不够专业，以后要打球的客人需要自己找酒店咨询才行。

该酒店餐厅对待欧洲客人与来自中国的客人的服务采用双重标准，欧洲客人面带微笑120分服务；中国客人59分服务(不及格)。在餐厅受到如此区别对待后我们向酒店经理提出质疑，第二天服务有所好转，但各位去该酒店是否会再度受到歧视，我不敢预测……酒店唯一优势是交通方便，有蓝湾最好的海滩，但对于入住体验实在糟糕，晚上10点酒店餐厅边上的舞台仍然歌声震天，让深处越有1000米外客房内的我们无法入眠，如果是像我们一样去度蜜月的，简易还是找一家更为安静的酒店，现在庆幸的事是还好只订了一天该酒店，不然真得被气死在毛球为止！

The hotel hard to find, they should place more indications alone the road. My room face inner lake, it's quite and peaceful. On the other side, you can see the big wave of the Indian Ocean. It's amazing place I have never been.

很滿意, 有兩個游泳池, 游完泳點上一杯飲料, 服務生速度很快, 服務很好; 晚餐有多個餐廳可以選擇, 但需要盡早預約, 否則會抱憾, 是個度假的好地, 有機會會再次入住該酒店!

Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated significantly in recent years. The room cleaning was excellent, but overall, the stay was a major disappointment – so we switched hotels after two days. For example, the à la carte restaurant was fully booked, and we received incorrect information from the person in charge. They also forgot about our food allergy at the buffet, which caused issues. On the first day, we had to wait about an hour for a panini at lunch. The TV in our room didn’t work, and when we requested a blanket, it never arrived. There was no fruit, ice cream, or snacks available at the bars. We had booked an all-inclusive package, which turned out to be very poor. Additionally, more than one rat was running around in the buffet area (we have it on video). The rooms are worn out and in need of renovation. However, I believe this hotel might be suitable for families with children who don’t have high expectations for food, comfort, or service.

Very comfortable hotel with outstanding leisure facilities. We went with the Or inclusive (serenity) option and it turned out to be very good value for money. A good selection of quality in imported wines as well as Cocktails, soft drinks and spirits included. The restaurants, particularly the à la cart were very good quality. Would highly recommend.

Our home for the week was fantastic, clean and comfortable with the air conditioner being a saviour. The turn down service was great, though missed for a couple of nights or 3. Unfortunately there was no filter coffee in the room, although I had enquired about that before arrival, and was told that there was filter coffee. The various restaurants were good value food-wise, with the Teak elephant being the best, in our opinion. I used the gym a few times and was impressed with the equipment.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und man merkt absolut nicht, dass das Hotel so viele Zimmer hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett. Das Essen war immer lecker, jeder findet überall was. Die Strände sind alle toll, sauber und sehr schön. Die Flugzeuge stören nicht und auch der kurze Transfer zum Flughafen ist angenehm. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit drei Stränden. Personal war super freundlich, große Essensauswahl durch die verschiedenen Restaurants. Würde das Hotel immer wieder besuchen

I loved the resort. I think the rooms can be improved a bit but in overall I loved the place!
