真帅令人遗憾的酒店回忆，全家人出游父母孩子定的是套房160平方，chick in给了一个估计50平的房间，实在没办法当天晚上重新预定了酒店。房间插电都是坏的很多蚊子房门关不严，简直是糟糕透顶！对于给错房间工作人员的失误给没有给我任何答复，连一句道歉都没有！

非常适合度假，安逸舒适。壮观的风景。宽敞的房间，舒适的大床。员工极其友好,乐于助人。有适合孩子,成年人,和旅游团的各项活动。日落晚霞让人着迷。海景延伸到地平线。每晚都有各种特色的文艺表演。洲际酒店是毛里求斯的不二之选。

住宿条件总体不错

不错的酒店，环境很好，宁静优雅，毗邻海边沙滩，很适宜休闲的地方，性价比很好。缺点就是比较偏僻，离机场和市区都很远，出租车往酒店约80美金，往机场则要120美金。

Beautiful property with excellent staff. The food at Senso restaurant was great. A enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the InterContinental Mauritius Resort was absolutely exceptional and one of the best family vacations we have ever had. From arrival to departure, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel welcome and truly cared for. Special thanks to Khushi at check-in for the smooth welcome, and Arun for his warm greetings and help with luggage. Dining was a major highlight. As vegetarians, we were extremely impressed by the variety, freshness, and quality of food. In our opinion, this is probably the best 5-star resort in Mauritius for vegetarians. Huge thanks to chefs Surya, Suresh, and especially Jaywantee for the outstanding food and hospitality. Special mention to Swapnali at Veda for her wonderful service. A very special heartfelt thank you to Vimla at Senso Buffet for her exceptional service, kindness, and attentiveness every day—she truly made our stay memorable. Thanks also to Moupiya, Ajay, Issen, Naveen, Sajpal, Govinda, Hareesh, Dipesh, Reshma, and RamGopal for excellent buffet service. The spa with Purnima, Anjanee, and Danish was relaxing and excellent. Greg at beach towels was always helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Reshma, Joella, and Brenda from Kids Club for taking such great care of our children. Reshma went above and beyond to keep my son happy and engaged; really appreciate it. An amazing resort with outstanding people, food, and memories—we can’t wait to return!

Great hotel, staff very good and polite and have good communication. Disappointed that a complimentary late check out wasnt available after spending over £2k and staying at the hotel for 8 days. Room card was disabled exactly at 12pm, i had left somrthing in the room when i walked out and couldnt go back in to get it. Quite disappointing to an amazing hotel. Beautiful views across the hotel and great beach. Did not really enjoy the food at the restaurants so chose to order in remaining days. Went to Maritim which is round the corner for some horse riding and there are way better facilities available there. Overall, still great.

The hotel was good and had great amenities, especially good wateraports.However I would class it as a 4 star rather than a 5 star. The check in was poor. Having travelled 13 hours and through the night, I did not expect there to be be a delay in checking in....surely they could have found another room rather than keep us waiting.The room cleaning was inconsistent sometimes good, sometimes not so good. The gym was basic but the equipment was new. The gym bin was not emptied and the water dispensers were not filled up on a regular basis.

Fake man made beach but well designed. Rooms good, amenities good. Use the “all-inclusive” feature if staying here. Expensive to dine and drink otgerwise

On n’a passer un séjour sublime le personnel était exceptionnel vraiment professionnel la propreté de la chambre était à la hauteur de l’hôtel je recommande cette hôtel on a passé vraiment des belles vacances super un service, 5 étoiles la première boutique de l’hôtel est superbe et la vendeuse vraiment sympathique. Magnifique hôtel, personnel au petit soin et très agréable. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La nourriture est assez varié.

État général est très très bien à recommander.

Beautiful resort, very well maintained. Exceptionally helpful staff. Only downside - our room was on the 2nd floor and had no lift access - which meant that I had to carry my 8 month old, in his stroller up and down multiple times a day on a sometimes slippery staircase.

Excellent and quick service from all staff: Ishrat, Akshay, Patrick, the entire breakfast team, and al. Peaceful stay. The room was clean and so comfortable. Will definitely go back!

Belle chambre et superbe extérieur. Les activités sont top ainsi que les gens qui s’occupent des activités ( plongé ect) Par contre l’hospitalité de certains membre de l’accueil et du petit déjeuné, est vivement à travailler pour un hôtel 5*

Amazing resort with excellent facilities, well maintained and a variety of food on offer. Clean and comfortable bedrooms with great sea views. Excellent and very helpful staff all round service

Because of an issue with the wing where I booked they upgraded me and put me on half board option. It was truly appreciated and the facilities are awesome.
