我们在网上预定的海景房， 入住时分派的不是海景房， 质疑后给调换了。我们提前电话通知增加一天住宿 ，提前一天到达入住并告知了我们的订单号码。当我们到达办理入住手续时，当班的接待员根本不知道有这回事。房间内的小冰箱一直都是空的，没有任何饮料。同酒店预定早上出海看海豚，最终没有结果，没人通知我们。

Poor service from start, I booked and paid online at Pearle Beach but on arrival was informed it was fully booked and they placed me next door in a budget accommodation. Not what I paid for or expecting. Will not go back for risk of occurring again

It was my birthday and the staff made sure to welcome and wished me greatly with a cake and candle and singing

It's an older hotel that needs a renovation, although the room was very clean and tidy every day. Hotel offers a good variety of continental and exotic dishes to choose from. It would be good they provide water/tea as complimentary during dinner time. Staff was absolutely great, polite and heplful.

The AC did not work, and we sweated in the room with humid heat. I asked three times in the middle of the night for a new room and was told there were no rooms each time. In my pajamas, I finally went to the lobby front desk and threatened to spend the night on the lobby couch. Finally, they gave me another room next door. However, they were too lazy to move the roll away into the new room, so there was not enough room on one bed for the three of us. So, I continued to sweat in the first room. We bought the all-inclusive package. The food was awful, and the drinks were very limited.

Ridiculous wait for check-in. Rooms are not in very good condition. Weird set up with little privacy in bathroom that is open to the main room. Staff not friendly. Beach and water is awful full of rocks and dead corals.

Everyone very helpful

Good location on Flic en Flac, with private beach area and nice pool. Within walking distance of local restuarants offering differing cuisines. Room and hotel outdated but clean. Had issue with aircon leaking, fixed on the second go. Friendly staff although sometimes needed asking a few times when needed help. Nice breakfast.

Slightly dated hotel but room was good enough. Breakfast options very limited. Staff really friendly and room cleaned well every day. Beach is a little rock.

Sehr gute Unterkunft! Jedem zu empfehlen... das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, ist die Auswahl beim Frühstück, da es jeden Tag dasselbe gibt. Beim Abendessen hingegen wechseln täglich die Gerichte und es ist für jeden was dabei

Cet hotel est une arnaque: des photos de reve... mais en realite une chambre avec des meubles qui tombent en ruine, des prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, une climatisation qui fait un bruit monstre. Les machines de la salle de sport ont 20 ans et sont dans un piteux etat. Cet hotel aurait bien besoin dun rafraichissement! Tres cher pour ce que c'est. On vous propose un sauna de 15min... si seulement il etait chaud! Les animations du soir sont sympa mais le prix du buffet est cher pour le choix et la qualite... Bref un sentiment de m'etre fait avoir par les photos 😪

In the end, we can say that our stay was very pleasant, even though the first contact with our accommodation disappointed us a lot! The budget rooms are in another building, what is not clear when booking, with conditions that leave a lot to be desired... very bad smell and in need of a thorough and urgent renovation! Fortunately, in the last few days they moved us to the main building, in a very nice renovated room! Despite this, all the staff, without exception, were always incredibly friendly and available, making us feel very welcome.

Chambre avec terrasse avec vue directe sur le lagon. Bon petit déjeuner. Un wifi horrible.

Excellent stay as single traveller. Staff very helpful but not intrusive, with any requests fully and quickly met - with a real feeling that everyone cared about you having a good time. All facilities immaculately maintained. Beach front location and excellent sunsets. Restaurants and bars available in Flic en Flac but lots of good dining options in the hotel. Would definitely return 💕
