Sewage smell from room, smelly carpet

I want to say thank you to all the staff that my stay great. Genevieve quickly rectified my issue, with a great upgrade. Thank-you!The front desk staff (Tikoura, Shem, Ayanna, Stefan and Shonia) was always ready to assist and handle the complexity of the different guest with such pose. I was impressed! Lamaime, what a star employee, he went over and beyond. He left such an impression I'd stay at the Hilton again because of him. The housekeepers always greeted me with a smile(such lovely ladies). The rooms were comfortable and clean, the property/rooms a work in progress. I'd mostly like will stay here again. Thank you for making my Carnival Birthday memorable.

Very Clean, great views…On check-in, staff could be a little more helpful assisting with directions to the rooms. Overall I had an amazing time and a wonderful experience.

My stay at the Hilton was very nice. This is the second time I’m staying here and I would definitely come back. The staff were very welcoming. The space was take care of and clean. The room itself was very comfortable, the bed was soft and had great linen. The shower was spacious and the water pressure and temperature was exactly what. expected,

Everything was great

Nice big and clean room, Staff were great. I loved the character of the hotel. Only challenge was the musty smell in our room. Got better with AC on, however we still had to request new pillows. We suggest pillows be replaced/sterilized on a more regular and scheduled basis.

Pool area was well kept and clean. Staff was very courteouse, helpful and friendly. Always willing to help. Breakfast was very nice and tasty.

The perfect hotel bubble with a splash of luxury. Still, close to local food, entertainment and culture. Staff is welcoming! The breakfast, dining and lounge areas are beautiful. Hilton properties are a pleasant-joy to stay at.
