I stayed here for only two nights and had an amazing stay during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. The Italian restaurant called Oliva newly opened nearby is outstanding.

Todo genial, excepto un día el desayuno que tenían un "menú" obligatorio y no había más opciones. Entiendo que siendo Ramadán es complicado, pero siendo un hotel con cliente internacional no debería haber restricciones, y más cuando en mi caso iba por temas de trabajo.

We loved our stay at AlQasr. The staff were well trained, professional and polite. The breakfast was good with options though the cold cut were kind of old and dry. The kitchen was open for personal style fried eggs if requested. Clean and quiet. Rooms tend to be business hotel style with size and furniture, but clean and comfy bedding. Enough toiletry and towels. Don’t miss the view from the restaurant at top, the menu is great and reasonably priced too. Thank you and for sure will be back!

Hotel is located in Quiet Area of ALSHEMISANY. they have very nice restaurants '' the garden'', and vinaigrette on the roof top, with outstanding view of Amman. both restaurants service a selection of international kitchen as well as Delicious Sushi. breakfast is acceptable, but I believe, can be better

The staff are next level, so accommodating and helpful. Just further enough from the shopping strip so it’s not busy.

Rene rom og hyggelig staff både i resepsjonen og i restauranten. Bra beliggenhet i et rolig tilbaketrukket område i villa strøk. Man trenger nok taxi for å komme til sentrum men det er verdt det.

The service was amazing. Very professional. And very clean. The dining options are top notch. The morning breakfast was always great. And Vinaigrette was my favorite restaurant upstairs. Overall, 5 out of 5.
