酒店房間與公共空間都很乾淨，服務人員隨時都很樂意提供協助，但是洗手間偶爾會有煙味，大概是通過排水管從其他樓層傳來。

酒店位處市中心地段，也算方便。但個别員工服務有代改善。例如登记入住時要求兩間房間盡量安排附近，可惜女員工Anu充耳不聞，只安排在6楼及11樓並说房間情况很滿。其他说已经Expedia预早作出要求，她很不願意改為6及7楼，只可接受。後來房間門匙两次未能開啟，在櫃枱表示不滿時及有當值经理在場，立即改为同层，实在氣憤。但其他員工相反地服務及態度值得表揚。

总体感觉不错，一点小遗憾，大床房的床是两张单人床拼在一起的，两边高中间低，不是很舒服。

Customer service is good and nice. The room is so far so good. But I dislike the breakfast cause this is not good taste. And, I called a taxi services, hotel ppl say this is only 30000T, but finally taxi driver charge me 50000T . I think this is the problem of the Taxi driver but hopefully it can be controlled in the future.

will introduce to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in UB. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Location is great, close to amenities.

It is my second time to stay at Ramada in UB, allwas great.

酒店的管理和服务很到位，客房整洁舒适，餐厅早餐很好，服务也很到位，下次来还是决定入住这家酒店。

非常新的酒店，连接着商场；房间和浴室设计很有现代感， 床也很舒服；我接触到的员工态度都亲切有礼；可惜酒店没有游泳池。

Staff was extremely helpful with my additional stays.

They were very gracious with extending my reservation dates, with an early check-in. Front desk also called for my transport to airport. Enjoyed my 8 day stay there. Excellent location for tourist to Ulaanbaatar.

As an International hotel, the front desk is difficult to communicate in English. The shower holder is high not good for Asia. The tile below the shower glass door is accident prone as per photo. Inconvenient to supermarket or fast food restaurants

Buona struttura, migliore rispetto ad altre prenotate da familiari. Buona pulizia delle camere e nel contesto le stesse di buona qualità. Addetti alla reception molto disponibili per il ceck-in anticipato e nel cambio della camera per aggiunta di un nuovo ospite. Buona anche la colazione, sebbene pagata per tre notti ma usufruite tutte.
