Kempsinki Hotel is convenient for stay at the Capital City due to the location. It's not far away from the City Center, and also half an hour from the Airport. Meanwhile, the room provides air-control machine which makes the room cleaner and fresh. The buffet breakfast is fairly good, but less change. However, there's no cafe nor a big area for the people to meet or chat. The lobby looks small and old. Overall, the service should be improved!

The Kempinski Hotel Ulaanbaatar offers a kind of old-world luxury that feels rooted in the 60s–70s era. At times, it borders on feeling slightly dated rather than timeless, but it still delivers where it matters. The service is solid and maintains a high standard, which helps balance the more classic interior style. The location is decent, though getting out of the city can be quite time-consuming if you're heading further afield. A practical plus is the ATM conveniently located right next to the hotel. The breakfast is excellent—generous, varied, and genuinely enjoyable. Rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable, making for a pleasant and restful stay overall.

All of the staff were very kind, and I received a lot of help during my trip. The room was spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

Agradabilíssima surpresa em Ulaanbataar. Fica um pouco longe da praça da República, mas compensa muito pelo profissionalismo de seus colaboradores. Há quartos para fumantes de boa qualidade! Excelentes restaurantes. Pretendo voltar!

The staff was phenomenal. They treated us like royalty. Facilities we're great. And the food at KK (on prop restaurant) was fantastic. Highly recommend.
