Kempsinki Hotel is convenient for stay at the Capital City due to the location. It's not far away from the City Center, and also half an hour from the Airport. Meanwhile, the room provides air-control machine which makes the room cleaner and fresh. The buffet breakfast is fairly good, but less change. However, there's no cafe nor a big area for the people to meet or chat. The lobby looks small and old. Overall, the service should be improved!

The staff was phenomenal. They treated us like royalty. Facilities we're great. And the food at KK (on prop restaurant) was fantastic. Highly recommend.

The hotel was amazing, the service was top notch.

Breakfast was plentiful and good. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was small. The shower super tight and the vanity super low. The hotel is a bit dated but they keep it clean and comfortable. The restaurant was decent with friendly service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only hotel that we found that offered an airport shuttle. Excellent hotel and great value!

A beautiful hotel with wonderful service, good local food and splendid Spa

Lotsa was very very helpful. It was our 47th anniversary and Lutaa and Ogda were very helpful in making it a pleasant occasion. Also miss Bambi in the dining room was very pleasant and helpful. The food was okay but could use some improvement to be up to the kempinski intl five star standard.
