Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, es gab 2 Pools mit reichlich Liegestühlen. Frühstück gab es als Buffet und war sehr gut und reichlich. Abendessen konnte man vom Buffet oder von der Karte. Das Hotel hatte einen eigenen Strand mit Liegestühlen und Security. Der Hoteleigene Strandabschnitt war sehr sauber, allerdings direkt am Meer und der ganze Strand am Meer war voller Müll und Plastik und ladet gar nicht zum Baden ein. Außerdem herrscht ständig eine starke Strömung und ist nicht zum baden geeignet.

Everything was great , a little bad attitude at front desk but besides that every thing was marvelous

The property itself was outdated needed paint, new sliding window door and screen, even though there were two of us in the room. All we could get was one towel and one washcloth left after cleaning services. The first day I was there the air conditioner, broken my room. The lights for my bed didn’t work. The shower didn’t work properly and when I spoke about these things when I was checking out and settling my bill, they had the nerve to tell me that they didn’t know anything about it, but I have the extra key cord that I was given, and when I was moved to another room all in all I don’t think I will be standing there again when I visit Ghana!!!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; I wish I could've been there longer to enjoy more of the amenities. My only complaint was the beach - once past the 'private' section it was dirty and the vendors were too annoying to properly enjoy

Excellent service and friendly staff

Enjoyed my stay at Labadi Beach Hotel. Breakfast options and sevice is excellent. Hotel is very spacious with different bars and seating areas. Pools are good. The evening buffet is quite pricey but the a la carte menu options are okay. Really enjoyed Ghanaian dish of the day. The actual beach is really busy with sellers and restaurants. But the hotel has a roped section where you can just chill. The hotel is a little way out so you have to use a taxi/drive to get to more central Accra.

Labadi Beach Hotel never disappoints- its always a treat to stay there when going to Ghana.

Beautiful property

We had a great stay! I will definitely recommend to people.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. The grounds are clean, well kept and beautiful. However, the hotel is not good value for money due to: - vegan meal options are limited. - We changed room on arrival - the sliding doors were not opening and there was an unpleasant scent. This scent was worst in the second room - smelt like sewage. Several complaints made. Engineers investigated and rectified the issue four days later. -The rooms are quite small. - The bathroom door handles are broken - was not fixed. Doors weren’t lockable. - Room service and housekeeping requests were untimely. We waited one hour for a pizza, which was cold on arrival. We also waited six hours for face clothes. -

Clean property with great service. Some of the late night parties/celebrations were loud, making sleep difficult but definitely would come back again.

Excellent thoughtful staff!

I had a few days in Accra recently and stayed at the LBH. I was extremely pleased. LBH have a great facility, it is meticulously clean throughout, pools are kept up daily, grounds maintained, staff are excellent, the decor and upkeep of the facilities are well above average for many hotels, the room AC is cold, the food menu / buffet options are plentiful and taste very good, the multiple bars and venues are great, the beach access is great including a private beach area away from the hawkers, security is excellent! LBH is where I'll be when I return next time to Accra. It's an oasys.

The staff experience was below expectation and unacceptable.

Florence from reception and Perry from reservations was amazing and the gentleman that checked me out was very helpful. Room service attendants were amazing.

The labadi hotel comes highly recommended. The food is excellent and the service is pretty good. There’s private beach access footsteps away from the hotel. The spa was also quite excellent. There are a lot of families and day pass holders on the weekends so be prepared for that. Otherwise during the week and earlier in the morning, you might just have a gigantic pool to yourself! I had some issues with air conditioner and had to be moved twice, they offered a later check out and a complimentary fruit plate.

Good quality hotel with a lot of staff, all pleasant, courteous and pretty well trained. Spacious room with good air con. Pleasant lobby area and pool area. Food of good quality and variety. Concierge helpful and attentive. Outdoor areas pleasant, very clean and tidy. Good security- felt very safe.
