酒店不错服务不错！ 但hotels很不行，电话打不通通 售后服务非常不好，中间遇到需要协调的事情无法联系上已导致个人损失，收钱后第一时间就无人处理客户关切，不值得信任的网站。

The staff was lovely and the breakfast was good. The first room was not in good condition at all. The AC, refrigerator and phone were all not working. I asked to be changed room and after some insistence they helped me with that but I would reconsider staying there in the future.

Overall a very good experience, better than expected. Only thing to improve is restaurant service: Waiting 45-60 min for a simple pasta dish is not acceptable. Will be back for sure.

Hotel completo, com serviço de transfer para aeroporto, bem organizado, limpo. Excelente dormitório com camas e ripas de cama e banho premium. Café da manhã completo. Piscina maravilhosa e boa academia de ginástica (esta cabe uma reforma).

Professional and courteous at all times with very friendly service and a quick response to any queries or concerns I may have had. The food was always excellent with a variety of choices, the bed was comfortable with Egyptian sheets so slept very well. I would highly recommend this establishment

Loved the free shuttles to and fro the airport. We had an early flight and left the hotel at 5am on the hotel’s shuttle and it was so thoughtful and nice of Irene, at the Front Desk, to have arranged breakfast packs for me and my family. He a great time at your hotel.
