`The staff made the stay the most enjoyable. Every single staff were super helpful and thoughtful. That compensated for the lack of facilities (no pool, no spa jacuzzi or steam room, no temperature control in room). It is the people who are what makes this hotel worth staying at. They helped with everything from restaurant suggestions to helping me buy a stamp for the postcards and sending them.

Alors dans l’ensemble ça va, les chambres spacieuses etc.. mais déjà on a trouvé du sang séché en bas d’un des rideaux. Et surtout, nous n’avions pas été prévenues que la piscine était pas disponible ce qui est fort regrettable étant donné le prix de l’hôtel. Cela aurait dut être signalé par expédia ou l’hôtel lors de la réservation

Our stay at the Pullman in Abidjan was exceptional 👌. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with away from home amenities. The staff was very attentive and customer oriented. There were a host of activities that ensured we were not bored during our stay. The hotel is in a central location with easy access to anywhere in the city. For sure, this is our hotel of choice for visits to Abidjan. We loved the half board option, and the breakfast and dinner options were excellent

This is my second time staying at the Pullman. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as they have loads of high quality amenities making our stay very comfortable. Loved the breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The staff is incredibly courteous. A huge thank you to Dolores and Michel Kouame for allowing us to stay a few hours past our checkout time. This facilitated things for us as we were traveling with an 11 month old.

J’ai passé un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel : accueil et service sont impeccables, mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner avec large choix et une équipe souriante et disponible. Seul petit bémol : on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres dans les chambres et les vmc ne suffisent pas pour permettre un bon renouvellement de l’air. Je recommande cet hôtel.

I had a good stay at Pullman Abidjan and I recommend it to anyone visiting Abidjan.

Marvin was an absolute pleasure to have look after me. So attentive and helpful with taxis and many other things. Swimming pool is available, but nobody ever uses it... Looking forward to my next trip already.

During check in it too quit a time during check out they charge a wrong value , room invoice indicated a different room number !! , generally the hotel is getting old and the rooms need renovation Yet , The location and view are exceptional

Good Buffet breakfast and nice staff

The rooms with a view of the laguna is nice but very noisy due to the highway between the hotel and laguna.

It's a nice hotel in Plateau. Rooms are big and modern and most things worked well. Was very happy with the staff, especially the cheerful lady working at reception most days.

Everyone is nice and respectful. My room was very clean.
