Nice boutique hotel. The room was quite clean and spacious, except the bath tub. The staff was nice and helpful. Good value for the price.

Alles was goed, zoals het eten, ontbijt, personeel en gehele indruk ervaring. Jammer dat we op de 3e etage zaten waar men bezig is met onderhoud op dit moment.

The staff was both helpful and respectful throughout my stay. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. While there were a few minor issues during my stay, they more than made up for them with their positive attitude, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to address concerns and make things right. Their excellent customer service made my experience much more enjoyable.

I am a regular customer and have always enjoyed the family friendly, homely environment. I always feel safe and secure. The staff are very friendly, warm and supportive. They go above and beyond to make one's stay comfortable and always with a smile on their face. It is like home away from home. The only downside is maybe the lack of stores around it - for example a supermarket where one can buy groceries or a bank where one can make transactions. However the location is also a positive as it is away from the busy road. The food is also quite varied. I always look forward to breakfast wondering what would be on the menu. However if you want to eat something different staff are more than willing to accommodate your needs. The cleaners are also very flexible on when you want your room cleaned. All in all, a family friendly, comfortable safe and secure hotel.

Great all around

This is one of the best hotels I have lodged in since I have been coming for vacation in Nigeria. Kudos to the entire staffs of the amazing establishment. I will definitely not forget the hospitality and experience in a hurry, and I will stay here again when next I visit.

From the hotel airport pickup, to the reception and to accommodation facility staff, they were all very welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. The accommodation, restaurant, housekeeping and laundry services was brilliant. We would recommend L'eola Hotel everyday.

Hot Shower/tub Good beds, and breakfast included

Overall a great stay. The hotel is in a very central Ikeja location and close to many activities. Getting an Uber or Bolt was always easy. The pool area and restaurant were really nice, and the rooms were beautiful. We especially loved the bathroom. Room service was delicious, and the staff truly stood out. I had a few personal issues during my stay and every staff member was ready and willing to help. I also loved that the hotel uses WhatsApp to communicate with guests. It made resolving things quick and convenient. The only downside was that we were unable to get hot water for two of the three nights we stayed. We did not get a chance to report it because we were constantly on the go, but based on our experience with the staff, I am confident they would have addressed it promptly. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Ikeja.

Lovely hotel and very good staff

The stay was lovely. We will come and visit again. The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive. Large nice room. Huge tub that easily fit 2 people. Hot water and AC which is a must for me. The food at tge restaurant was good. We stayed 2 days and enjoyed the visit.

Had an amazing stay! The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was tidy and homely. We also enjoyed the meal options provided during our stay. Looking forward to my next trip.

Clean room, very, very nice and polite staff, excellent security, clean in.g eneral

I stayed at Leola and had a mixed experience. The room was good, but not exceptional compared to other hotels I've stayed at around the world - it was just okay. The check-in process was great, and the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly. I appreciated the daily supply of bottled water; most hotels only provide one complimentary bottle and charge for additional ones. However, I had an issue with my access key card, which declined me entry once, which was surprising and required me to get it reactivated. The room didn't have air control, which was a drawback, as it got really cold at night and there wasn't much I could do about it except pile on extra blankets. I also found an empty bottle of body wash in the bathroom, which made me wonder if the room was properly checked before I checked in. One thing that caught me off guard was that the hotel doesn't have microwaves in the rooms and they don't allow warming outside food in their restaurant unless it was purchased from them. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were some notable drawbacks that prevented it from being a great experience.
