This is a beautiful complex, very quiet and inviting to stay for longer ....

The hotel is completely run down, equipment not working we had to use 2 different fridges in our 3 day stay. There were 3 disused/ unserviceable air-conditioners by the entrance to the apartment we were given Dry rot and Rising damp characterize the rooms, we had to have the rooms aired after check in to allow moldy stale odor escape.The back of the apartment had overgrown weeds and broken down equipment and furniture stacked behind the kitchen window.The staff don't seem to know what they were doing, no visible leadership, in my three days stay in the hotel despite repeated requests i couldn't meet the hotel manager. Three days after check out the balance of the money taken from my card to cover incidentals has not been refunded and repeated calls have yielded no positive results. the pool had dead insects floating and was only cleaned when we requested to allow the kids have a swim, same with the gym, In summary recommending anybody to stay in the hotel is a complete disservice to that person. Ideally the hotel should be shut down for renovation or permanently for that matter.
