一次不错的住宿体验，此酒店就位于旧货市场斜对面，很好找····酒店的服务人员也很nice,看到我们的行李很多，主动帮我们提行李到客房。。而且还是个超级大帅哥。。房间不大，但是很干净，床对面就是阳台，他家阳台是连通的··走出去就可以看见旧货市场和库拉河。一楼大厅旁边有个蒂凡尼bar,晚上还有酒会，进去坐坐听听异国歌曲。。挺有情调的···

Excelente experiencia pues no me faltó de nada.unicamente por decir algo el transporte público al centro histórico no es muy conveniente. También se puede ir caminando durante 30 minutos

Good location with a shorter walk to one of two subway stations. Kind staff both in the hotel and the restaurant. The rooms has a very nice design

We had a wonderful stay at the Riverside Hotel in Tbilisi. The building itself is beautiful, with stunning period features and plenty of character, making it feel both elegant and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great range of fresh, high-quality food with something for everyone. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome. We also visited the Tiffany Bar, which has lovely views across the city. While there are a few higher viewpoints in Tbilisi, it’s still a fantastic place to relax with a drink or a meal. The food was very good, and once again, the service was outstanding. Overall, a charming hotel in a great location with excellent hospitality. We’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Nice clean room with a good shower and comfortable bed. Fridge, kettle, tv and balcony so all i needed. The receptionists were helpful and welcoming. There was a good choice of foods for breakfast.

Really enjoyed my time at River Side Hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel has a charming boutique feel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Liked huge 4k TV. Staff were friendly and always willing to help with recommendations and transportation. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax in the evening. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Reasonable stay but the hotel feels dated.

The staff were amazing throughout our stay — very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which we really appreciated. However, the breakfast could do with more attention and improvement as the selection and overall experience felt quite underwhelming. The property itself also needs investment and upgrading. On our first night, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom which made the experience really unpleasant. Thankfully, the staff handled it professionally and got it fixed the next day, but that first night was honestly difficult. The bathroom also needs a complete refresh. Every time we showered, water would flood onto the bathroom floor, which became frustrating very quickly. Then, two days before we checked out, the shower door broke as well. Overall, while the staff made a great impression and did their best to help, the maintenance and condition of the property unfortunately let the experience down.

The staff members are all very friendly and tend to your needs in a warm and respectful manner. The hotel is clean and the vibe is a quaint kind of royal luxury.

The breakfast was fine in terms of quality. The selection varied from day to day and we had the possibility of ordering scrambled eggs with or without cheese as well which was good.
