Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort offered a truly remarkable vacation experience in Roatán. Its prime beachfront location, comfortable accommodations with kitchen facilities, a beautiful infinity pool, diverse dining options, and a highly praised staff made it a top choice for my family and I. This vacation was to celebrate my sons 15th birthday and he enjoyed all the activities and the resort.

The staff was awesome! A little noise between 8-10 pm.

It was a great stay for the price. The menu could be better.

Yo me quedé hace tres años en el hotel y venía ilusionada por el buen servicio y buena comida a precios razonables. Está vez quedé muy decepcionada. Desde recepción mal servicio muy lento. El restaurante mal servicio, lento y muy caro y la comida no es muy buena. No creo regrese. En la playa no recogen la basura de la comida que venden y nunca hay toallas de playa.

Housekeeping never came to our room during our 3-night, 4-day stay. I had to call and specifically request someone to take out the full trash and bring additional towels. It was also difficult to get through to the front desk to address the housekeeping issue, which made the experience more frustrating.

The staff was very friendly and amazing service! Definitely worth and going back.

Everything was nice, big rooms and clean, expect food was expensive, and all the inclusive per day was outrageous, but if you take a taxi to the westend which is the strip you’ll have fun and great food and cheap!!! Also, our snorkeling guide NELSON was amazing!!!

The property was well kept and everything is accessible.

Not much for pots and pans and had no knives.

Excellent location, clean, friendly staff. Mediocre breakfast buffet. Overall, very good.

Hospitality was exceptional! Conveniently located, wonderful atmosphere, family friendly. Food was great, we look forward to other trips to Infinity Bay in the near future.
