Overall a very nice stay, staff is friendly and condition of a hotel and facilities are well maintained

Hotel is good but the people at reception not kind and helpful. Whatever you request from them the answer is NO !

Their fitness room is excellent . The room was big and very comfortable .. the buffet was excellent but the area there is nothing interesting to see

Would have loved to give 5 stars because the checkin service was a delight and valet parking as well, however, the rooftop bar was terrible! We waited a good 30mins for someone to wait on us - or even just acknowledge us. There was music, we were 3, so we figured we’d be patient and enjoy the atmosphere a little. We sat inside near the bar so we were VERY visible from the moment we Walked in until Exit. There were plenty of waiters. No one ever came, or even greeted, as if we weren’t there. It was a rude environment. I am familiar with the overall service in Montenegro and know how different it is from NY, to say the least, but being that all the other parts of the hotel and staff were a delight this was disappointing. We ended up just leaving, and still were not acknowledged. We instead grabbed a drink and bite downstairs at the lobby bar. We caught them right before they closed. Other than this the hotel was great, convenient, clean and modern decor.

They give a breakfast box for people checking out earlier than the breakfast is available! It’s such a brilliant idea and much appreciated.

Loved everything about it, but the breakfast was unbelievably delicious with so many options!

I was only there for one night but it was such a great experience from check-in to check-out and everything in between.

Friendly staff. We didn’t want to get the disturbed in the morning and hung up a message ok the door. When we went out of tye hotel at 14:00, by a press of the button by the door the cleaners were notified to clean our room. After coming back to our room after 1 hour, the room was already clean. Parking is easily accessable just by the hotel. There is an elevator you can use from the parking garage to the reception.

I do not know where to begin. Property is fine, food not good, clean 50/50 I had some mold/soap scum in the shower. The staff, All need training on customer service. Being a Hilton I would’ve expected more. No one is friendly they clearly hate tourists which is ironic due to the financial climate in Montenegro one would think they should gladly embrace tourism. We came with my family to visit family. Every question asked from staff memebers we were made to feel as a bother, all staff members receive a A in mastering eye rolling! One morning it took us 3 hours to receive 3 coffees, 6 waters, 3 orders of pancake and 1 fruit platter. Mind you the kids got their pancakes and juices adults never received coffee, fruit plate or waters. Our waiter was nice however when he went to the barista to inquire about our tables order, they started arguing and pointing towards our table the BARISTA! Was absolutely the rudest of them all! He refused to wait on us 3 hours! We seen several guests come, eat and leave while we were still waiting on just water and coffee! Topper manager was involved and he too pointed laughed and let the staff continue to get louder and argue. Imagine how uncomfortable my family was during this moment. Fast forward to a much anticipated checkout, I was waiting patiently while the two concierge representatives were engaged in what looked to be a meeting. I was patient then after waiting for about 6 mins. I was greeted with what do you want aggressively. To leave!!!

Front desk staff, morning bell hop and the enter maim Restaurant staff, makes this Hilton hotel what Hilton is supposed to be, great. We will be back, patronizing this Montenegro Iconic hotel. Thank you staff great job.
