Room is clean and the overall services are very good.

進住前兩天一切正常，但第三天當我們回酒店到酒店門口下車時，我們三人之一竟招歹徒飛車搶劫肩提袋。且拖摔在地。送醫院急救。當時歹徒駕車速超快，撞到我們任何一人即當場斃命。酒店保安應把關，但因近午夜，竟撤安檢。善後，其總經理Adam有釋出誠意全程醫院陪同及付醫療費。但被搶護照，電話，現金及銀行卡等全被搶，至今無法取回。

Best hotel in Dar-es-Salaam. Friendly staff, brilliant breakfast. Very safe and great security. 5minutes to Zanzibar Ferry. Highly recommended...

This hotel had been closed for several years and it is at proximity with my business place in Dar es Salam i was therefore eager to be able to finally go there ... but i was so happy that this was just for one night as I could not stand an additional day ...honestly very poor value for money ... i can t understand how u can close for two years and not revamp the hotel fully ...this is like cleaning a old hotel with no new tech or anything , noisy AC , very humid

Excellent hotel and brilliant staff

They welcome you during check in with a bottle of cold water. Breakfast is excellent and includes fresh coconut juice as well as other standard items. Very nice veranda for informal meetings near the pool. Pick up and drop from airport was very efficient. The park next door is an amazing place - must be enjoyed. Altogether a relaxing and efficient stay

Quiet location near work, only disadvantage for tourists would be the pool area doesn’t get much sun at all

Very nice hotel, situated perfectly for both meeting with business partners and government

Good location and friendly service. Cleanliness is OK. However the hotel is being refurbished in spite of the need for a full renovation. Doesn't comply with a 4 star hotel by Southern Sun. Serious issue with ventilation as the main lobby and restaurant area smell like fish. Corridors and rooms smell fungus, and I had to keep the room window open all the time.

Great hotel to stay when organizing for a safari in our of the bush or heading to Pemba or Zanzibar.
