Super Preisleistung und tolle Lage.

Good stay in general but some staff needs to pay more attention because I asked multiple times for a coffee being sitting in the reception but nothing comes until I complain. But in general very good hotel.

This hotel was amazingly accommodating for our large group. We were traveling back to America and wanted to stay close to the airport. The staff was friendly and quickly checked us in after midnight. Georgina (I may have spelled her name incorrectly) was wonderful adding our children with breakfast. They were super excited about the buffet and pool. The restaurant staff were kind and efficient, always cleaning and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area is beautiful, well kept and a perfect place to relax and have fun. Can’t wait to return!!

First thing I look for when I book a hotel is a shuttle to /from the airport. They were there, and treated us very well.

Hotel room was clean and great but room was a bit too hot with AC controlled centrally and set to very low. Service was good with friendly employees but often forgetful of ordered stuff ( like extras items or bread butter). Finally biggest inconvenience was the loud band on Thursday Friday until 11 pm and 10:30 pm respectively that was a serious hindrance to rest and early sleep

The experience at Novotel was great. The food service was excellent. However, The people who clean the rooms, stole my New iPhone. I would suggest that next time, the visitors should you them safe in their room to lock their belonging.

Unique et gros point négatif : le service. J'avais réservé une chambre via Hotels.com, l'hôtel a annulé ma réservation pour me faire bénéficier d'un tarif négocié par le groupe dont je faisais partie. A l'arrivée sur place, ils ne trouvaient pas ma réservation....Après une heure d'attente pour le check in de 17 personnes, l'agent m'a fait bénéficier d'une suite pour quelques heures histoire de me satisfaire.

I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel. The rooms were reasonably spacious and the food available was good. The staff were friendly and helpful - I particularly mention Eurydice and Nadine.

The food in this hotel very expensive and not very good. The older women at front desk very rude.

The staff were very helpful considering I do not speak French. The bed was soooo comfortable. Happy to stay there again
