The hotel just be on the side of the road because it's so noisy.

飯店很有特色，結合現代化設備及當地建築風格，令人喜歡，員工服務親切，房間大且舒適整潔，餐廳餐點很美味，櫃台旁邊24小時都有提供古柯茶及水，飯店附近就是教堂及巫婆市集，離纜車約走10分鐘路程，離機場約20-30分鐘車程，晚上教堂附近都有小市集，地理位置很方便，下次來會再次入住，推薦。 飯店網路速度沒有很快，網路常斷，衛浴設備雖新穎乾淨，但是淋浴排水系統不良，淋浴一下子就積水。

Good location and spacious room!

FrontDesk Staff&Room Good; Breakfast is just normal for such price. Besides, Bad email communication. I just used email to enquire the price of airport transfer. However, I did not confirm that i need to have airport transfer to hotel. Thus, we book airport transfer from our tour company However, we saw a driver when we reached La Paz Airport, but we did not know that the driver is from La Casona Hotel. As the driver did not know english, We just think that the driver is from our tour company. Finally, we need to pay two drivers. These made us very disappointed

此飯店讓我們很失望，浴室水管不通產生臭味，反應後服務人員僅拿芳香劑進入房間噴灑，不讓我們換房間。前臺人員非常制式的態度，不帶表情及任何情感。最差則是早餐了，這樣的房價不應該出現只有麵包的早餐，非常差的早餐。

Great buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, there is a pavement construction going on right outside during my stay, so going in and out is a bit messy. My room was on the top floor facing the street, overlooking the terrace. The terrance was amazing, I took a short nap there when I arrive, it was nice and sunny that day. The room doesn't have AC, so it can be a bit warm. Only complaint I have is that because the room is facing the street, for whatever reason, there was a recorded message looping on the street at late night. I flew in red eye, took a nap till noon-ish and went for a walk to the tram station for a few tram rides, so I "passed out" at 9ish. Woke up at 2ish by the recording and couldn't go back to sleep because of it. Finally had to call the front desk, within 10 mins, they took care of it, and I can finally get back to sleep. Should have call them earlier. All in all, it is a beautiful hotel, very friendly stuffs, I would definitely stay there again if I am going to La Paz!

The building in general, the rooms and common areas, their good restaurant. All very nice and good. Located in the craziness of La Paz downtown yes, but once inside the hotel is an oasis of cleanliness and peace. Make sure you get a room facing inside, the one facing out was loud at night.

The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and could help us whenever we needed help.

The hotel is located in historical center of La Paz, 2 minutes walking from Basilica San Francisco, and easy to join any tours around La Paz. Staff are really kind to provide any help. The rooms facing the road are not suitable for people having difficulties to fall asleep, as it’s in La Paz, the traffic is busy through night and there is poor noise isolation. Breakfast is very basic.

Ótimo dentro do perfil centro. Tudo a poucos metros de distância, câmbio, agência de viagens , pontos turísticos, estação do bondinho,etc….Restaurante próprio e atendimento muito bom. Simpáticos e cordiais.

The staff and hotel were great. only downside was It was just very noisy at the front of the hotel. They moved us to the back and it was much quieter.

Great location and colonial in style

Excellent boutique hotel in the Center of La Paz, within easy walking distance of several museums, the witches market and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant offers a nice range of food options for lunch and dinner. Plus staff are very helpful and friendly.

It was a lovely hotel and great location. Staff were friendly and rooms good. But for the price, WiFi was sketchy at best and the breakfast was well below the standard you would expect for this kind of hotel. Very limited options.
