Absolutely amazing. I highly recommend. Great good staff and the perfect location. We stayed in the Sandwood Villa and loved it. Akua our concierge was absolutely lovely and very helpful.

Food was unavailable when on menu, subs as well. Food quality was good but lacking flavor. Spa service not available when booked. Couldn’t see the studio and no follow up from staff about seeing or using it. Beautiful and quite definitely relaxing. Close to many thing to do.

GeeJam is pure magic, an experience like no other.

Geejam is a small piece of paradise for sure. Nestled along mountainside in a rain forest-like environment, it is impossible to be stressed here. Staff were amazing (kudos to Tishawney, Brian, Norton and Jada who ensured we were well taken care of) and the view of the ocean was impeccable. Geejam has lots of stairs so be prepared to get your heart rate up. It’s all worth it though. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are spacious and modern with good water pressure and temperature, and the food is delicious. Your room will either have a balcony or a jacuzzi depending on room type. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if in Portland.

Absolutely loved Geejam. Very clean, spacious room. Lovely staff m. Especially Brian, Ronaldo at the Bushbar and Jay on the beach.

Rent rum, trevlig personal, bekvämligheterna var mycket trevliga och inredningen extremt fin och mysig. Däremot var jag inte nöjd med menyn i restaurangen. Jag förväntade mig mer för att vara ett såpass fint hotell, men tex till frukosten så var pannkakorna verkligen bara pannkakor med sirap. Inga bär, ingen grädde, ingen chokladsås med ett fint upplägg. Det var så platt och blev torrt av den anledningen också. Samma med jerk wrapen jag beställde till lunch, ungefär $20usd för en torr wrap med kyckling, tomat och sallad, utan sås. Det behövs mer liv i menyn, mer kärlek för rätterna som planeras att lagas. Annars gjorde köket och restaurangpersonalen ett bra jobb! Huvudansvarig för menyn och restaurangens upplägg borde däremot starta ett förbättringsprojekt kring just detta, eftersom det drog ner mitt betyg från 5 till 4. I övrigt hade jag mer än gärna återvänt till själva boendet.

The room was an experience in itself, the art and the decor were stunning. Very accommodating team, resturant had great food. Only downfall was it's hard to leave the hotel, the excursions are way over priced and you can't walk out to arrange your own transport.

Our stay at Geejam was amazing, hotel rooms were large and really cool decor, the environment and views were spectacular and the food was incredible. Geejam team couldn’t have been more helpful, always on hand and delivering great customer care. Studio tour was also a great experience

Amazing place to stay. Great facilities, the most comfortable bed i have slept in, delicious food and cocktails and their STAFF is the best. We enjoyed every minute at Geejam. Can’t wait to return.

It’s a given that Geejam is a beautifully appointed hotel but the real gem is the staff. Spent the last few days at Geejam while they navigated no power and limited internet but they worked to ensure our comfort. Special acknowledgement to Nadine and Brian who went above and beyond!

I took a good friend to Port Antonio to see the place. The hotel was nice but thr stairs a disincentive for me and anyone else with weak legs. Cominicatoon needs improving. We asked for the wifi password and they said the sent it on whatsapp but we had no internet commention. Very laid back approach

Lovely, beautiful place to vacate.

From arrival to departure the staff were amazing. We were also lucky enough to meet Steve one of the owners of the resort and he was great, took time to welcome all the guests at dinner individually. The food and drinks were great. All the staff were very friendly and attentive without being too much. The accommodation and view's were amazing. It was my first visit to Geejam but it certainly will not be my last, I love it!!!
