very nice place，clean room，warmth service

酒店很不错，独立区域，海滩很漂亮，可以浮潜，透明玻璃船，很多项目可以选择。适合休假。要说不足就是周边出去比较远，酒店内的餐厅不是很习惯。还有中文服务员。

下次不会在好订网订房了，非常不满意。预定两间家庭套房，网站上显示最多可以住4人，去到酒店，酒店说不能住4成人，经商讨后，说可以让我们入住，但只提供2位成人的早餐，多出的2位成人一定要补交早餐费用，早餐费用是一个人90欧元，不补交这早餐费用就不给入住，简直是强盗一样，太令人气愤啦，对这个Hotels网站和这个酒店的服务太令人失望啦，绝对不会再来了。

The location is good with very nice beach. The sea is clean. Many on sea activities are free. The breakfast is excellent. Frederica natural reserve is very close. The service at bluebar is very slow. The food is expensive. The bed smells bad.

Only the price is five stars, all the meals and the facilities are like three stars. Plus, the cup they offer in the room are all dirty one.

The staff were very friendly, there was never a time that you were not greeted by a staff member no matter what there role was there. We felt so welcome!

Väldigt trevlig miljö kring stranden, stora poolen och baren. Även spa och restaurang var välskött & snyggt.

Vi havde booket en Club junior suite med havudsigt og halvpension.Det var et fantastisk værelse, men slidt og med små mangler, men det gjorde ikke noget. Plantation Club konceptet fungerer bare, men servicen var noget svingende, ligesom servicen på resten af hotellet. Bufetten er lidt smal og vi synes nok der mangler friske grøntsager både morgen og aften. Det tæller en del ned at Outrigger ikke har nogen green fee aftaler med de omkringliggende golfbaner og det kan betyde at vi ikke kommer igen (det var vores andet besøg). Men vi kan rigtig godt lide Outrigger (derfor 4*) og placeringen er også rigtig fin.

C’est vendu comme un 5 étoiles alors que c’est en réalité un 4 étoiles, qui vaut plutôt un 3 étoiles. Très déçu de mon voyage, la restauration et le service est lamentable… même pas de fruits frais au buffet, des fruits avec du sirop qui viennent probablement de boîtes de conserves… choix très restreint, Poissons trop cuits, peu de choix, service lent, pas professionnel, tout est à refaire, mais le principal serait surtout de changer le chef de cuisine… même pas de jus de fruits frais, que des jus industriels pas bons (quand il y en a). Le personnel n’est pas du spécialement agréable… la plus mauvaise expérience à Maurice. Je déconseille fortement.

Très bien dans l'ensemble mais le restaurant du buffet (Le Mercado) était très bruyant. La formule club est très agréable. Le personnel est serviable.

Wunderschöner Ort und sehr nah gelegen für viele Viewpoints/attractions (Parks, Hikes, Wasserfälle, Zoos, Le Morne, etc). Viele inkludierte Activities direkt vom Resort aus (Snorkling, Glass Bottom Boat, etc). Man kann auch Scuba Diving gehen ganz in der Nähe, wunderschön! Super Aussicht direkt aus dem Zimmer! Das Personal war immer hilfreich und freundlich. Besonders Muzammil in den Restaurants! Außerdem hatten wir hatten ein Problem während unseres Aufenthaltes und Jarvin (Manager on duty) hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen und hat alles gemacht um uns zu helfen. Vielen vielen Dank!!
