very nice place，clean room，warmth service

酒店很不错，独立区域，海滩很漂亮，可以浮潜，透明玻璃船，很多项目可以选择。适合休假。要说不足就是周边出去比较远，酒店内的餐厅不是很习惯。还有中文服务员。

下次不会在好订网订房了，非常不满意。预定两间家庭套房，网站上显示最多可以住4人，去到酒店，酒店说不能住4成人，经商讨后，说可以让我们入住，但只提供2位成人的早餐，多出的2位成人一定要补交早餐费用，早餐费用是一个人90欧元，不补交这早餐费用就不给入住，简直是强盗一样，太令人气愤啦，对这个Hotels网站和这个酒店的服务太令人失望啦，绝对不会再来了。

The location is good with very nice beach. The sea is clean. Many on sea activities are free. The breakfast is excellent. Frederica natural reserve is very close. The service at bluebar is very slow. The food is expensive. The bed smells bad.

Only the price is five stars, all the meals and the facilities are like three stars. Plus, the cup they offer in the room are all dirty one.

Excellent property, a bit dated with old rooms and furniture... the main pool had some leaves and wasn't cleaned regulary... Would have been excellent in its glory... Decent breakfast and good service

Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön und der Strand ist ein Traum. An der Motivation der Mitarbeiter müsste gearbeitet werden, da man oft von A nach B geschickt wird (z.B wenn man für ein Restaurant einen Platz reservieren möchte). Das kenne ich aus vielen Hotels anders. Auch das Wifi ist leider nicht gut gewesen.

Personalet er super hjælpsomt og imødekommende. Der kan ikke siges noget negativt om deres håndtering af gæsterne. Værelserne og bygningerne er dog noget slidte og kunne godt bruge en opfriskning.

The gym wasn't working and when it finally was opened, some equipment was not working and broken. Waiters at main restaurant are young and inexperienced. Limited activities, especially when watersports was often not allowed due to weather, even if it wasn't that bad. When arriving the full-board inclusive options were offered and taken, but turns out what the representative told us as being the "full cost" turned out to be a per day rate. I should have checked what I signed but they should learn to communicate more clearly

The breakfast was good but the food was a bit heavy. Definitely a recommended hotel. The rooms are nice, right next to the sea, the staff is great.

Grounds and beach were lovely. Options for eating were poor. We did not go all inclusive do paid MUR 3700 for the buffet for 2. Very expensive for bland food, puddings were gelatinous and ice cream full of ice chips. Very disappointing food. Pool lovely. Beach and walks nice

Hotel bem localizado há uma hora do aeroporto. Apenas dois restaurantes e um bar funcionando (publicam 5!). Optei pelo “All inclusive “ no check in, pois na região sul da ilha não há bons restaurantes (confiáveis ). Ar condicionado do restaurante principal não estava funcionando. Calor terrível.

Siamo rientrati ieri da Mauritius dopo 10 giorni indimenticabili circondati da una natura lussureggiante ed un mare da sogno. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort in una camera familiare fronte oceano cullati ogni notte dal suono delle onde che si infrangevano sulla barriera corallina e, al mattino, il canto degli uccelli accompagnava il nostro caffè mattutino sulla veranda della stanza. Sicuramente la struttura ha i suoi anni ma tutti si adoperano per rendere il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Ho tre bambini dei quali due molto piccoli e il resort si è rivelato fantastico anche sotto questo aspetto con piscine adatte a tutte le età e cosa non da poco (soprattutto in Africa) anche nella scelta del cibo. Voglio concludere la mia recensione citando due persone che durante la nostra vacanza si sono rivelate davvero SPECIALI dimostrando, oltre che un’ammirevole professionalità, un lato umano ed una cordialità che ci ha davvero colpito, grazie Javier e Anoop.

Very beautiful garden and beach

Es handelt sich um ein 3,5- oder höchstens 4-Sterne-Hotel. Das Personal ist unfreundlich, und oft kann man nicht mit ihm kommunizieren, da die englische Sprache nicht verstanden wird. Beim Frühstück oder Abendessen wird nicht aufgeräumt, und das Buffet wird sehr häufig nicht nachgefüllt. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind sehr alt und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique vue depuis notre chambre acces direct a la mer vraiment splendide. Merci a tout le staff d Outtriger pour leur gentillesse leur conseil. Chambre tres propre et tres belles attentions tout au long du sejour Repas tres bons Nous recommandons
