Waaaaaay overpriced. Old. Poor infrastructure. Old, noisy AC. WiFi terrible. Shower broken and leaky. Not worth the price. Sorry.

It was a nice hotel in the heart of Bissau, comfortable and convenient. The breakfast and dinner menu was great with local and Portuguese cuisine. The staff were helpful. But the contact details on Hotels.com were too sketchy with no e-mail address and a single telephone number which was not responding. Because of this I could n't contact them for Airport shuttle.

I paid nearly 150 USD a night for a room with no natural light. The check in staff short and did not believe me when I informed them their website was down (as if it was my problem). Some staff are quite friendly, the restaurant is tasty and the breakfast is one of my favorites in Africa. Still, I can't help feeling that they need to step up their game. This was my third stay.

Personnel desagreable, on ne peut meme pas se faire servir un café. Aucune aide au client. Hotel viellot Attention, Coimbra spa ne veut pas firequ'il y a un spa. Le prix est totalement disproportionné pour le niveau de l'hotel. Internet pratiquement inutilisable. Seuls points positifs: belle terrasse et dimension de la chambre
