Great property and close to everything

Very central and professional hotel. Rooms are perfect with everything you need and they are spacious. Breakfast is good, but instead of Indian food they could have Georgian khachapuri. The hotel charges an extra fee from your card at check in - that is not good and kind of shows they don't trust you. Other than that hotel is just enjoyable and great!

Our junior suite was a disappointment. Huge room furnished like a standard room. No sofa, no sitting separation. Looking half empty and far from cozy.

Die Hotelräumlichkeiten, die Ausstattung des Zimmers und das Personal waren so, wie man es sich von einem 5-Stern Hotel wünscht. Trotzdem eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre. Einfach Super.

Otelin konumu dışında iyi birşey yok koridorlar kargo merkezi gibi sürekli bir kutu taşınıyor ve odalar da inanılmaz ses var dışarda ki konuşmalar house keeping çalışması herşey odanın dışında bu konforsuzluk hiç yakışmadı ve personel güleryüzlü değil bir daha tercih etmem .

Otelin konumu çok iyi , odalar çok temiz , kahvaltı almadık , çok fazla türk misafir ağırlayan bir otelde türk kanallarının olmayışı bizi çok şaşırttı, bölgedeki en yüksek fiatlı otellerden biri olmasına rağmen bar hizmetleri yetersizdi , akşam 11’den sonra menüdeki kokteyllerin bir çoğunun servis edilememesi hoş olmadı , yılbaşı haftasında bir hafta kaldığımız otelde maalesef sabahları koridordaki çocuk koşturmalarıyla uyandık

The stay at the hotel was above expectations, the staff is very kind, the rooms are very clean and every request we had was answered with a smile and kindness. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives and if I return then I will definitely return to the hotel.

Friendly staffs

A beautiful old house finely refurbished with a lovely courtyard. No restaurant open except for breakfast. Staff more clued in than most - Georgian service culture hasn’t thrown off the dead hand of Soviet habits yet.
