The property appears to be neglected and the staff are working within their limitations. We were on Generator as the hotel had no regular power source. No a/c and hot water available. I actually slept on balcony as it was cooler than room. Food was good spite all other issues.

Beautiful property with a lot of potential. Wonderful staff, but that's about it. The property is in terrible shape. It needs pest control, better bedding, bathrooms, food and entertainment

Staff was so friendly and helpful both at the hotel and recommended areas to explore. Always willing to give us the history and answer questions about Kenya. Breakfast was good, grounds are safe and beautiful, and rooms were nice with a beautiful view. Only comment is bathrooms need some updating

Good staff clean room. Could do better with fly screens on windows and newer showerheads. Currently is a 3star hotel could easily improve with few little changes. EVan was very helpful.

Old property. Rooms are decent, showers rusted, unsteady but work. Outside seating areas not adequately cleaned. Staff are polite and respond to issues. Food is average. No entertainment for guests

It was like the hotel that time forgot, almost empty and falling apart. The AC didn’t work, power was on & off, mosquitoes everywhere on property, shower was terrible, no beach for swimming and the buffet didn’t compare to other facilities. We checked the following morning and want a refund!! I

Das ganze Hotel wirkte vernachlässigt Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig öfters Stromausfall.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es waren kaum oder keine Gäste im Haus ich teilweise alleine mit dem Personal.Der Betreiber sollte schleunigst renovieren.Die strandliegen fallen teilweise auseinander rostige Nägel schauen heraus überall bröckelt die Farbe ab.elektrische Anlagen stehen offen keine isolierten Leitungen……

Room needs renovation

Der pool war perfekte und dass Zimmer mit Blick auf den Meer aber ist muss unbedingt renoviert werden uberall

The inside of the room was clean but the surrounding areas was poorly maintained and dirty. Poorly secured at night and along the beach front.

The rooms are clean, ocean view is great but the outside of hotel is totally neglected with unkempt flowers, unattended glass lawns, bushy compound which can habour dangerous creatures like snakes and rats.

Seemed like only me in the property. No how water in My room. Property needs a serious upgrade.

Every person I encountered was pleasant and friendly Off the beaten track but a Tuk tuk away from everything. On the beach but not recommended for swimming. Huge pool. Best staff Good buffet If there’s low guests it’s ala carte which is even better!!

Beautiful property with friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast, pool was well maintained and large. Some of the facilities were slightly outdated but at the price point, and the location, you can’t beat it.

Property is run down and not value for money. It is in a prime location but tries to operate on a tight budget.

The hotel is huge and the property is beatiful. The rooms need a bit of maintenance but everything was working properly and they are clean. The A/C is a blessing when it's hot outside. The food is pretty decent but what deserves more than 5 stars is the staff. They are super attentive and sweet. Evans at the front desk will do everything to take care of the guests, and the restaurant staff, including the manager, are a pleasure to deal with.

It’s an old hotel on the beach front , not 4 star any more , but nice all the same , food was ok staff were excellent . Big swimming pool , good location
