Professional & Friendly staff with the best service

Great experience, amazing staff

For the amount of money each night cost, this was a depressing stay. We had a hole in our window glass. We had swarms of ants on our floor coming through our window and all over the curtains. The walls were busted and partly caving. There was some nasty grease on the outlets, two of which didn't even work. Not to mention absolutely no one stayed there. It was empty, old, and decrepit. Very disappointed (have pictures for all of these).

A great place to spend a few days. Interesting structure. Huge pool! Would visit again.

Always like staying there. Friendly, helpful staff, a nice environment and grounds. The food menus are fine and the hotel has a nice Olympic size swimming pool. Will be coming back! Thanks

Everything was nice.very big hotel and friendly staff.But the elevators dont work.And the bar "Murchison" is spelled wrong

Alles alt und "verbraucht", Frühstück wurde tagtäglich weniger und schlechter. Am letzten Tag gab es weiss brot, was süßes und Kaffee. Beach hotel..... aber nix beach. W-lan war gut. Serviceteam Top!

The lakeside garden and air freshness is what always brings us back. An excellent swimming pool, proximity to the Zoo and a 10 minute walk up the hill leads to nice restaurants and craft shops. Thanks

The staff is so diverse in tribe, friendly, accommodating and professional, the room was beautiful, spacious, and updated, the breakfast was the best I have had anywhere with a wide variety and the grounds were simply serene

The location was great - right on Lake Victoria and close to the mall and the Botanical Gardens. The staff was very helpful, particularly with our COVID testing. We enjoyed the restaurant, in particular the buffet breakfast.

The relaxed atmosphere, grounds and gardens, fresh air. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and food good. Near to the Zoo and a pleasant walk up into the old town.

I stay here every visit because of friendly staff and location

The facility was nice and clean, but, probably because of COVID and we were the only guests in the entire hotel, it was understaffed and amenities were little. While we were the only guests, our room was upstairs and far from the entrance, restaurant, and other facilities. And, while our room did have a partial view of the garden and Lake Victoria, it was mostly consumed by a roof with air conditioners facing our window... However, overall, we enjoyed the quiet and solitude of the hotel.
