Safe and quiet neighbourhood, remarkable easy check-in process and friendliness of the check in staff. Plus what a fantastic restaurant on the top floor! No need to wander through a strange city to find a place to eat the evening you arrive. I strongly recommend this place.

I stayed for a night here after the end of a hiking tour - it was the perfect place to rest and recuperate before my long journey back home. Staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English fluently. My room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed using the sauna to relax (though note it's not in the same building as the hotel). Well located - walking distance from shops and restaurants - but in a quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend staying here!

Nice

We stayed 3 nights at the Ambassador Hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with big windows that opened for fresh air. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom modern and nice. The rooptop restaurant was lovely for breakfast, but also nice to just sit and take it easy midday with a book and a pot of tea. The staff were friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. I'd emailed prior to arriving with several questions regarding transport to/from the Bishkek Airport and the Kazakh-Kyrgyz border that they were able to arrange, and their response time was excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal; just a couple blocks from Ala-too Square, Panfilov Park, and other nice sights. Amazing restaurants are a mere block away. Would be delighted to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Good service and helpful.

Great hotel and caring staff!

The property is in a great location with easy access to an excellent block of restaurants. But the property did not have a fully working restaurant during our visit -- only a breakfast buffet until 10:00am and then the Times Bar that opened on the top floor at noon. Room service was nonetheless available. The bed in the room was also rock hard, but the cleaning staff was good to find two foam mattresses to place on top and to soften it. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Aizada and Utan.

Overall, it was a great stay. Our only real complaint was that the rooms got too hot (and no way to adjust the thermostat). They turned the central heating on and it was an unusually warm time. The location is great and the staff overall are great, too.

Alina and the staff showed excellent service and with a smile it was a pleasure to stay at the Ambassador hotel I will stay there again when in Bishkek and recommend to other friends thank you for a lovely time

Excellent hotel, lovely big room, comfy bed. And the restaurant is outstanding.

Relaxing stay

The room was very clean and well equipped. A quiet hotel and most of the staff spoke some English.

I booked for Ambassador Hotel but they put me in their sister chain Solutel. No complaint there. They upgraded my room, extended my check-out time. The reception at front desk was always helpful and with a big smile. Not a lot of choices at breakfast table but they offered made-to-order omelette, egg Benedict, waffles, etc. The hotel was within 2 blocks to restaurants and 3 blocks to city centre. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I loved the balcony and being able to open windows. Balcony I had is small but it was great to step outside right from my room. Nice high ceilings and a large bathroom and shower. Just wish there was an ironing board in room. Their laundry service was great and priced right. There is construction of a new building going on next door. It was of no bother to me.
