O hotel tem localizacao excelente, os funcionarios são muito gentis e solícitos e o quarto é bom, mas é GELADO! Eu nem consigo imaginar o que será dos hóspedes no inverno. Então, acaba sendo extremamente desconfortável, não dá para descansar se voce quiser uma pausa no meio do dia, porque é muuuito frio mesmo Além disso, a água do chuveiro demora a esquentar e esfria rápido. Então, acabei ficando doente porque era sair do banho e me sentir gelada, e toda noite era isso. E nem dois cobertores resolveram o problema da gente estar respirando ar frio a noite inteira. Não fosse isso, e o despreparo da recepcionista na hora do checkout, eu até daria uma nota 5.

The property was a little dated and could use an update. The ladies serving breakfast were great, yet the front desk staff were a little reserved. The location can't be beat. You're within walking distance of all sorts of shops and restaurants. And you do get great value for the price.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, con facilidad de un parqueo pagado muy cerca. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación limpia pero los colchones ya necesitan un cambio, estuvo fatal , hundido, no se podía descansar bien y encima esa cama rechinaba terriblemente. Deberían considerar cambiar colchones.

Great location and funky decor. Different enough to be cool with character. No luxury and kinda cold, so that’s why not 5 stars but excellent for the price.

Needs a lot of maintenence

Very affordable, clean and walkable to Cuenca downtown

They promised a airport shuttle pickup. Never came. They promised a late night check-in 9:00 pm no luck. When I arrived at 10:00 pm the front doors were locked. I rang the bell for 10 minutes but no answer. I had to find a taxi and look for a new hotel.

Nice little hotel in the historic district

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Very well located in historic area. Good WIFI (you may need to insist on this. Some of the staff did not seem aware of all the options). Great value.

It was amazing, first time in Cuenca celebrating my mom's birthday. Excellent customer service, very friendly. They made us feel welcome during our stay. The price was great, the location was great, and overall very satisfied. I highly recommended Thank you for your service.
