Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome. We arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly accommodated an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. The hotel's location is outstanding. Being right on the beachfront meant we could easily spend the day by the sea whenever we wanted, while still being just a short walk from Porto Montenegro and an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was an excellent variety of fresh and delicious options, and we especially appreciated that the selection changed each day. It meant there was always something different to enjoy, making breakfast something we genuinely looked forward to every morning. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and always happy to help. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and they even arranged our airport taxi before we left, making our departure completely stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tivat. We would return without hesitation and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful resort, clean and comfortable beds. Great selection for breakfast and the restaurant had nice options for lunch/dinner/ snacks in between. Front staff was not as welcoming as I would have liked, felt very rushed and although no one else was waiting or around, the info we got was more in our room in the book. Even for calling for taxis it felt like we were interrupting them. One of your bartenders was very informative on what to expect for cab rates and things in the area to look for, that is the socialization I expect from front staff.

Vi bodde på dette hotellet 6 dager i juli. Vi hadde ett superior rom med havsutsikt. Først det positive: Rommet var stort og badet var stort. Beliggenheten er ok og stranden var faktisk bedre enn forventet. Det negative: Servicen på hotellet er langt unna ett 4 stjernes hotell. Denne scorer kun 2 stjerner. Ikke blide og imøtekommende. Frokosten er også langt under det man kan forvente på ett 4 stjernes hotell. Frokost stenger kl 10 alle dager. Service er som sagt dårlig. Mat fokus på regler og forskrifter med enn smil og hjelpsomhet. Videre er WiFi helt elendig. Har resit mye siste 15 år og dette er det hotell med dårligst WiFi som jeg har opplevd. Det markedsfører WiFi på Strand, det fungerer ikke. Videre fungerer det også meget dårlig på rom. Faller ut hele tiden , og husk at 4G/5G er ekstremt dyrt her!!! WiFi er nesten ubrukelig så lenge du ikke sitter mer enn 10 meter fra resepsjonen. Dette er absolutt ikke ett 4 stjernes hotell. Du overbetaler mot hva du får. Hvis du må bo i Tivat og tilgang til strand er viktigst, så ok. Men ikke forvent god frokost, sømnløs WiFi og bra service.

En hotel med väldigt bra läge och privat strand utanför dörren den bekvämligheten var den absoluta höjdpunkten. Rummet var ok, men utsikten var sådär.

Beach access and sun beds were great. Breakfast was good with many options and several coffee machines. The rooms were small but clean and modern. The hotel restaurant was very good and the location was excellent.

Nice hotel! The door handle fell off one day, but someone came to fix it right away. The breakfast is ok. It’s all the same color but the juices are really good. At the restaurant they are a bit slow with the service, but I found that for all of Montenegro. View was great, room was great.

Hotel palma is a lovely hotel. The breakfast is included and has good variety each day. The bathroom amenities are excellent and the decor of sage green was very nice. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping are so nice and helpful. The facilities of the spa and the private beach are great. The only thing was the bar staff were not very welcoming. The bar lady was lovely however the bar men could do with smiling to welcome people in to their hotel. Otherwise a wonderful experience and excellent location.

This hotel had just been refurbished. The rooms with balconies(even side-view) had great panoramic views. I would stay again.
