位於高級住宅區，環境舒適，但因位置有點隱密，計程車找了許久，最後才由飯店人員出來帶領才找到。公寓內設施完備，住起來很舒服，希望將來有機會再來住宿。

Sono stato molto bene, la struttura è bene organizzata e gli appartamenti comodi e spaziosi. Buon ristorante, bella piscina e personale simpatico ed estremamente disponibile.

Just average service and stay, with little Management present in the time of need.

We were welcomed with friendly helpful staff, the room and complex is spotless, we are enjoying our stay so much that we are extending thank you to Heri Heights and all the staff.

This stay was one three-part stay. There were a few challenges with the rooms and with myself, as I traveled with a broken leg. However, the staff was very helpful. They assisted us in every way they could. I would stay here again.

Heri Heights is a nice place but the wi-fi is very poor, cleanliness not the best our first night was interrupted by a noise after complaining to the staff this was sorted and our 2nd night was a peaceful.

The room is spacious and very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff are a gem here and keep this place shining. However, the management needs to pay attention to the maintenance and conveniences offered at similar types of properties to keep this place relevant and competitive. Services are lacking and accommodations just ok, nothing exemplary.

Heri Heights is relaxing, secure and quiet. The location is great for excursion and local travel. However, it falls short for apartment - hotel travelers needs for in house conveniences. The check in experience needs system and process improvement. Eve from the front office was exemplary in facilitating my accommodation despite these gaps. Accommodations are clean and spacious, however, in need of maintenance. The restaurant offerings are ok but there are plenty options nearby.

My stay at Heri Heights was very nice polite helpful staff makes it a more relaxed time spent. Although a taxi is required to venture out. I would recommend Heri Heights and am looking for another stay there some time later this year.

Heri Heights is close to town, walking there or back through the university of Narobi residences area. The nearby Arboretum has attractive walking paths for a day break too. Cafe for breakfast and other meals means you seek outside options only when you want to. Kitchens are well enough equipped to allow you to self cater, and the hotel offers to shop for you at need. As a rule, meats are tastier but much smaller and tougher cuts than you may expect, and fruits and vegetables are varied and very good. Wireless internet is good and quick, though it can overload when the apartments are all full. Energy saving has upgraded some lighting to LED, with compact fluorescents in most standard bulb fittings. Wardrobe space is generous. Nairobi traffic is justly notorious. Especially at mornings and evenings, expect near gridlock and long travel times around town. You'll be able to get advice on how much time travel will need, if you need to arrive at a certain time.
