This was a beautiful property. The staff was beyond amazing and so accommodating. My fiancée and I wanted to use the hotel to take our engagement photos. We spoke with management to sure it was ok and they allowed us to do so. They were so pleasant about it and some of the staff actually stepped in to help that day of the shoot. Aside from the shoot, they were just great people with such good hearts and wonderful culture. I loved it there! I'll be back.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was very nice with an ocean view. My only complaint was that I asked for a "curling iron" and they sent up a straightener which is just the opposite...and when I plugged it in it didn't work. Also employees did not know that a USB port for charging our cell phone was built in to the back of the bedside table lamp...they seemed surprised when we pointed it out to them upon checking out. Overall the Hotel was beautiful!!!

Park Hyatt Zanzibar is a superior hotel from the location to the staff You are welcomed like family and nothing is too much trouble a truly uplifting experience

Beautiful architecture in friendless of people. Enjoy the local foods and Plenty tourist excursions. Most important the place is fairly safe to walk around.

The Hyatt Recency Stonetown is an iconic hotel in a superb location, the best place to stay in Zanzibar city

It is the heart of Stone Town and easily walkable to town and Sea Port

I enjoy my stay every time at PH Stone Town, the momentbi walk in i feel right at home, it pleasure to stay in the hotel.. the best hospitality in ZNZ for aure, Cheers to everyone that makes it possible and getting the energy to get the place cozy, the beat service always by Christopher from B&F always friendly with smile. Over all i stayed in the hotel over 8 times in 2 years,Will be back again for sure.

This property is great, it’s really top tier. My only complaint is the hot water and the water pressure was a big problem for me. There was hardly any hot water. The water pressure is only good when you’re using the cold water. The staffs and Managements were super friendly and helpful.
