The only downside of the hotel is that it feels somewhat enclosed, as it's surrounded by walls and fences. Additionally, it's located on a highway with limited amenities nearby, making it less convenient if you're not traveling by car.

These guys are crooks! The pool was beautiful and the pizza was good. Not much else to say about them.. The newly renovated rooms appear nice but the Air Conditioner does not work.... with it on full blast the room stayed at 28°C and sounded like a car in the room (video - turn sound on!), i called for help many times and they finally sent in a technician who made it worse. After this, I called repeatedly for an update and they said they were working on it! I had translator who negotiated a room change which they were not keen on offering. Then the wifi didn’t work for 2 days and they kept telling me they were working on it.. then they told me they were running routing maintenance and knew it wasn’t working. They simply just lied. I documented all my interactions and emailed the manager who didn’t care. I asked for a reply to my complaint email (which they translated to French and printed, I witnessed all staff laughing about it) by the manager before settling the final bill (taxes only - room prepaid), the manager called security who came with their machine guns to intimidate me to pay and get me off the property. Be warned.

Very nice hotel. It was clean and the room with spacious with a nice view on the nearby river.

Good hotel

It was a really nice stay, quite place as well away from the busy nightlife. And price is not bad for what you get.

Felt very secure at all times, enjoyed the pool area and restaurant

The security concept of the hotel is the only reason why I still go there. The rooms are not really clean and mostly a bit rundown.

Very secure. Beautiful grounds. Great service. Rooms too small. Sparse breakfast buffet. Rooms need to be refurbished.

Stayed here for ten days. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. There was not a single mosquito in my room during my entire stay. Nice pool, good breakfast selection, good food in the restaurant. Security is very tight. The hotel is located outside the city center, but it’s only 10 minutes by taxi. My room’s windows were facing west and I had the most beautiful views of the sunset every evening.

The good: its probably one of the more secure hotels. The bad: its not 4 star. By International standards its probaby 2.5 stars. The rooms are rather worn out and need a face lift. The pictures they show of the rooms must have been taken years ago just after the hotel was built.

It was quite a good stay

Workers would hound tourists trying to sell knick knacks in the lobby. Hotel is not located close to anything, 40 min drive to downtown Ouaga 2000.

I like the joy and enthusiasm of the staffs, they make you feel at home.

A bit of luxury in Burkina Faso. Nicely appointed rooms. A superb restaurant. Downside - a distance from the center of town, luxury in a country with much poverty.

Food is good, bar is great, the outside is beautiful. I wish they would get rid of the carpet.

The staff will attempt to change prices and exploit you

Very pleasant stay. Some coworkers had issues checking in and out but I had booked separately through Expedia and everything worked out great. Romm was decent - towels and sheets were a bit dated & floor could use a good steam clean but the room was comfortable enough and I was able to relax. Breakfast and dinners were good as well. All around pleasant stay & when/if in Ouagadougou again this is certainly an option.
