The hotel personnel were the most friendly and professional staff that I have had the privilege to be a beneficiary of their services. So prompt, attentive and ready to go the extra mile. I defitin recommend this Hotel and I will definitely go back. The room was clean and fresh and the area surrounded by trees. Their swimming pool and courtyard was superb. The security was top notch. I can't wait to be back. Thank you so much for your remarkable hospitality!

The only downside of the hotel is that it feels somewhat enclosed, as it's surrounded by walls and fences. Additionally, it's located on a highway with limited amenities nearby, making it less convenient if you're not traveling by car.

These guys are crooks! The pool was beautiful and the pizza was good. Not much else to say about them.. The newly renovated rooms appear nice but the Air Conditioner does not work.... with it on full blast the room stayed at 28°C and sounded like a car in the room (video - turn sound on!), i called for help many times and they finally sent in a technician who made it worse. After this, I called repeatedly for an update and they said they were working on it! I had translator who negotiated a room change which they were not keen on offering. Then the wifi didn’t work for 2 days and they kept telling me they were working on it.. then they told me they were running routing maintenance and knew it wasn’t working. They simply just lied. I documented all my interactions and emailed the manager who didn’t care. I asked for a reply to my complaint email (which they translated to French and printed, I witnessed all staff laughing about it) by the manager before settling the final bill (taxes only - room prepaid), the manager called security who came with their machine guns to intimidate me to pay and get me off the property. Be warned.

Very nice hotel. It was clean and the room with spacious with a nice view on the nearby river.

Ce fut un court séjour et très intense mais tout s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble. Personnel agréable et serviable, petits déjeuner équilibré… Mais c’est surtout la sécurité qui est bien respecté.

Un des intérêts de l’hôtel est leur belle piscine mais le bar et le restaurant de la piscine restent fermés. Seules quelques tables extérieures sont disponibles pour dîner. Tables par ailleurs sur un passage, en bas des escaliers d’accès à la piscine.

C’était agréable et confortable. Seul bémol et ce n’était en rien la faute de l’hôtel , je n’ai pas pu avoir une facture du paiement que j’ai fait en ligne sur votre site . Sachant que c’est un sejour professionnel, une facture est indispensable pour moi

Great hotel.

Le Silmande est un hôtel de grande renommé. Très bonne emplacement, Parfaitement sécurisé, c'est l'hôtel idéal tant pour les affaires que pour les vacances ; que je recommande vivement. Bien que l'hotel ait perdu de sa superbe, le potentiel est toujours bien là et même si cela nécessiterait de très gros investissement en rénovation cela vaut la peine (avis aux propriétaires et potentiels investisseurs!).

La clim est tres silencieuse. Lit confortable, internet ok. Atmosphere calme, personnel souriant.

Good hotel

Dit is het beste hotel voor mensen die voor zaken in Ouagadougou moeten zijn. Buiten dat er een prachtig zwembad ligt en het eten geweldig is wordt het ook nog eens beveiligd door militairen. Daarnaast staan er taxi's voor je hotel.

It was a really nice stay, quite place as well away from the busy nightlife. And price is not bad for what you get.
